Well done - that looks like more good than bad, and especially good to have got so many bags of stuff out of the house.

    Hey

Well im feeling a bit better having got rid of some of my stuff.... i was a bit ruthless when it came to the last few bags and i have put some really good stuff in there that could have went on ebay but i've decided that i already have too much stuff to list as it is so don't need any more cluttering up the house.

I have moved my computer chair, ironing board, laptop and scales into the hall so i can make a start on getting some stuff ready for the free listing day on ebay 2moro. Im going to start putting stuff on turbo lister so that when it gets to midnight i can just start to upload it.

I had put some cd's on that music magpie site and went through alot of ones that they were offering £3 on and i checked them on ebay. Some people have them listed for £25 buy it now so am going to listen to them just now while im ironing and turbo listing and if they are ok they are going on 2moro at £10 and buy it now £15 including free recorded delivery postage and i'll see if any of them will sell.... if they don't i'll put them on the music magpie site and sell them for £3.00 nothing ventured nothing gained.

I also have a PS2 in the house somewhere and the box in a cupboard if i get the chance tomorrow i will look that out 2

Better get started as im kinda motivated at the moment.... will see how long it lasts will try and update at 10pm to see how far i have got... am hoping to have at least 5 items on turbo lister by that time

I didn't know it was free listing day - right I'm going to dig out a few things to list.

I've never tried Music Magpie, is it easy to use?

    Hey

Yeah it seems really easy to use the only thing i would say is it says cds have to be free from deep scratches, have original artwork and cases can't be damaged. I've only decided to sell some really rubbish cds that look ok. Will let you know how i get on with them once they send me the postage stuff out and once i receive the money if they accept the cds.

If any of your CDs come up at £3 i would check out ebay to see if they are selling for more there!

I've just checked ebay and will pm you the details.

Im not getting very far at the moment turbo lister keeps crashing but have managed to get 4 items ready apart from the photo's but i will update them later! Need to find the lead for the camera :o

Going to iron some stuff to picture then list

Hey Buddiebabe - you seem really motivated and organised at the moment.

Dh is busy decorating DS's bedroom. Well actually DS is moving in the spare bedroom which was half done out as an office with the computers and lots of junk - so we have had to clear all that out - there is piles of stuff everywhere. DH is now decorating that room and DS will then move in there. Then we will decorate his old bedroom into an office, !!! storage room, !!! ironing room etc. DH is going to build floor to ceiling cupboard in one corner to house all the bedding, towels etc. Why is storage such a problem? Why are cupboards and wardrobes never the right size and why ae they so expensive?

Its been a fairly expensive day - just under £250 for paint, coving and other bits and bobs to decorate - but that is for 2 rooms. Its horrendous the way it all mounts up though.

Hey MrsP i wish i was as motivated and as organised as i sound. I didn't go to bed till 2am and i didnt get up again until 12.30  im back at work 2moro and i have no idea how im going to get up for 7am!!!

Im not having a good day all the stuff i put on turbo lister last night didn't have the right catagories as i haven't used it for a while so once i'd tried to sort that out the update crashed the pc and i lost everything i had done last night. I have spent the last 3 hours doing everything i had done last night  I am now having to list the old fashioned way one item at a time through ebay and its taking ages.

The house is still in a mess and i will have no time between now and xmas to get it sorted.... am so annoyed with myself for wasting my weeks holiday but there is not much i can do about it now its done.

You sound like you are having a very productive weekend re DS room. I just wish i had another room in this place cause then i would be there instead of sitting in the hall using the ironing board for a desk!

I currently have 272 items listed and one selling for 99p will see if i can get rid of anything i have listed today i really hope some of it goes as i could be doing with the extra cash.

Nothing is getting flung out today unless its rubbish.... im going to try and get my ebay listings up to 300 by listing any high value items i have and then if i get the chance im going to try and list one 99p item every night so that there is something new going on every day.

Im also going to try and make up a list of all books and cd singles i have for sale to put on my works website for 50p each to see if i can get any to sell that way.

Better get back to it. Only 28 items to go. Bearing in mind i want to have a bath, wash and straighten my hair and get my uniform ironed and lunch made for work 2moro will update again once i reach the 300 mark

How's it going? I have listed 3 things and will try to do a couple more tonight. However I don't think anything is worth more than 99p, if that. On the other hand, I have had a stroke of luck on Amazon and sold a book for over £60!

    Hey

I have managed to get up to 283 only 17 to go before i reach that magic 300  i can really see it far enough but i need the money.... most of the stuff i've listed i've put on at £5 cause i need to offer free postage on the majority of it so it will still probably only make me 99p if it sells after postage and fees.... sometimes i wonder if its all worth it

That's great news about the book.... wish i had stuff like that to sell

Off to try and get the other 17 items listed so i can get some dinner and watch a bit of tv to relax before work 2m

I hope you got your 300 items listed - and that a good proportion of them sell. Though I don't like to imagine the packing challenge if they all sold at once!

I am really chuffed about that book. My partner used to buy a lot of books at one time, connected with his various interests, and a lot of them have got quite good prices - though this is the best yet. It feels like a miracle as this sale will stop me going overdrawn when my loan payment comes out later this week.

It sounds worth selling stuff on your work website if you can - especially as you won't have to pay to post.

Hope you have a good evening and a good week ahead.
