Hey
The wedding is one of the people i work with. I've only been working in their part of the office since June and i feel really strange being invited to the full wedding when i would have only expected an evening invite. I have the full outfit now as i just found out i won the fascinator i wanted from ebay for £4.99 including postage so far the most expensive part of the outfit has been the shoes £28!!! everything else has been quite reasonable.... dress from Coast worth £120 got from ebay for £18 inc postage!!!
The shoes i will be able to wear again .... its the one thing i didn't have a nice pair of going out shoes. Only things i need to think about are hair, makeup, false nails, fake tan and jewellery
I can do the make up myself and have loads in the house, i have lots of sets of false nails.... just need to make sure i choose a set that will stay on and not snag my dress which is 100% silk  Not sure what jewellery to wear but am not overly worried about that.... the fake tan is what concerns me the most. I definately need to be tanned to wear my dress but i don't want to be orange.... i have started using the dove daily moisturiser tanning stuff and i already have a bit of colour but i hate the smell..... my hair needs cut but i want to wait until as near the day as possible to get that done as i can't afford to get it done more than once.
The wedding is on the 31st October in a hotel about 20 mins away... not figured out how we are getting there or getting home yet but will worry about that nearer the time. I have paid my money for the share of the work wedding present £50 so i don't need to worry about that.
I am really looking forward to it but am also apprehensive about it 2 but im sure it will be fine.
I have spent the last 30 mins attacking my terrimundi with a knife to release the money inside instead of smashing it.... i have managed to rescue £140.00 :j I am going to pay back my mum the £40 i owe her so i can finally say that is one debt cleared..... I have also paid my boyfriend back £5.00 in loose change so thats another good thing thats happened today.
Going to update accounts now

Firstly, well done on getting yourself motivated and organsed.
Secondly, I agree with Seaxwyn - you will look gorgeous. You have done really well with your outfit - I am particularly jealous of your Coast bargain!
I'm afraid I can't offer much advice re the tan - I am always either deathly white or burnt - oh and my nose is always shining bright red like a beacon whatever the time of day or night.
Well done on paying your Mum back.Debt free and Keeping on Track0 -

So what am i happy with this month:
1. Managed to pay off what i owe my mum
2. Started making payments back to what i took out the house repairs account
3. MBNA card is under £4000.00 thanks to the payment a day thread

Im going to go look at my accounts.... i still have some of my terramundi money left so will need to see what i can do with this. I also still have some money left in my current account and the excess from the house insurance to take out the bank so can use this to reduce my debts. I also have received 2 cheques totalling just over £300.00 back from when i was gambling and i cashed them out so that will go straight to the debt once they are cleared. They are being paid into the bank 2moro so should clear in time for me to pay my Tesco credit card the minimum payment and the rest
Goals for this month:
1. Get debt to below £30,000.00 again
2. Have at least 10 no spend days

4. Not gamble
5. Get total loans figure to under £9000.00

Hi Buddiebabe,
Hope you are having a good weekend. I am in the middle of a massive spring clean and have found quite a few items to Ebay which is good news!Debt free and Keeping on Track0 -
Hey Mrs P thanks for dropping in this weekend hasn't been that great but it is getting better.
I had miscalculated how much money i had spent on gambling so my actual balance of my tesco credit card is £1803.50  which has increased my debt by an additional £400 on the plus side when i closed down my account i realised that i am still due a cheque refund from them for about £370 ... i didn't really look in too much detail as i knew if i'd stayed on the website to much longer i'd end up being tempted again.
I have paid the balance of the cheques i received to my tesco credit card today which has taken the balance of it down to £1500.00
So over the course of the weekend i have done the following:
1. Paid £303.50 to Tesco
2. Paid £3.00 towards Debenhams
3. Paid £11.93 towards MBNA (payment a day thread)
4. Paid £20.00 towards boyfriends loan (one debt in 100 days thread)
5. Paid £17.00 towards house savings loan
So even after all this my debt has went up to £30503.51  but once i receive that cheque it should make a start to bring it down!!!
I have so much to do in the house its a real mess and im sick of it. It really brings me down its so depressingI have 3 hours until the boyfriend gets home from work and i want to get the following done:
1. Make soup
2. Make Lasagne
3. Make dinner for boyfriend coming home
4. Have all washing done
5. Change bed
6. Make a start on the mountain of ironing
7. Clean the bathroom
8. Get the kitchen tidied
9. Hoover
10. Have 30 mins to catch up on MSE and emails
Hopefully will manage to get some things done. Will try and update during my 30 min break!!!
