Hey MrsP i'd never done a payment a day before but i thought i would just start rounding up my current account by paying the odd pennies to the MBNA card which doesn't do me good for keeping my figures up to date on my credit cards... i like to have balances that end in 0 or 5.... sad i know but its just the way i have done it in the past but as long as i have a few pence spare each day i will continue to make payments as and when i can.... even if its only just paying my boyfriend back a penny or two.... he might not be happy with it but at least im giving him something back
Am off to bed now am working 8 - 6 2moro and i can see it far enough by the end of 2moro i will have worked 27 hours in my second job and including travelling to and from my main job 45 hours there so in total 72 hours
Will post again once im home from work 2moro

Well i have spent money today.... don't know how much i will need to count it up and post it 2moro.
It's not been a very good day today and im glad that it's over. Im in my bed now watching tv and catching up on posts here. I have made a payment of £1.00 to MBNA today just so i don't miss my payment a day but that's all i've managed to do.
Im not working 2moro and i can't wait to have a long lie.... there are so many things i should do 2moro but i really don't feel like i have much energy or motivation for anything at the moment.
I hope that i will feel a bit better in the morning and wake up refreshed and raring to go..... I live in hope!

Hi Buddiebabe - you are working very long hours so please don't beat yourself up for spending your day off in bed if you can. Well done on your payment of £1. All those little pennies make a difference, you have certainly inspired me to start doing PAD again and this I will do from next pay day - so thank you.Debt free and Keeping on Track0

Hey MrsP i managed not to spend all day in bed.... i think that once i woke up at 9 i kept dozing off and when i did wake again i thought it would be 1 or 2 in the afternoon but it was only 10.30 so i made an effort to get up.
I got up and made some breakfast then put on a washing and tidied up the kitchen. I then sat down and checked my emails and caught up on some of the posts on here. I went into town and got some shopping then i put another washing on, done the hoovering and tidied up a bit.
I haven't done anything that i was going to do today like put stuff on ebay and update what i've spent over the last few days but i have managed to do some housework so it's not been a wasted day. Im going to list what i've spent over the last few days:
Wednesday:
Asda £9.30 Food
Tesco £24.00 Petrol
Morrisons £19.44 Food
Superdrug £30.40 Toiletries and medicines
So on Wednesday i spent a grand total of £83.14
Saturday:
Lunch £2.40
Superdrug £2.40 Juice and Crisps and Chocolate
Superdrug £1.12 Toiletries
So thats me updated for the days i didn't post what i had spent and now what i spent today
Sunday:
Sweet shop £1.40 Tablet and sweets
Cancer Research £3.95 Top
Morrisons £27.03 Food
Farmfoods £16.73 Food
So i've had a few no spend days but i've also had lets spend alot days !!!!
I have emptied my loose change out of my piggy bank and have repaid £4 to my boyfriend. I have paid £3.76 to my Tesco card today and 24p to MBNA.
I have a really sore head and am tempted to just go to bed and lie down but i feel like it would be a waste of whats left of the weekend. I still have to get my uniform ready for work for both jobs which is going to require some ironing but i really can't be bothered. I just wish i could get motivated. I haven't even entered competitions lately everything just seems like too much hard work
Am going to go take some photo's for ebay and see if i can get even one thing listed tonight!
Will update later if i don't go to bed first!

Hi buddiebabe. I'm not surprised you get exhausted and unmotivated when your life is work, work, work, and any spare hour when you are not working you feel you should be putting stuff on ebay or entering competitions.
Maybe you should allow yourself say half a day a week when you don't do anything work/money related. eg go for a walk, or just sit in the park/library with a book.
I find just getting out of the house is a rest, as you are not surrounded by all the things I feel I ought to be doing!Total debt: 1 January 2007 £[strike]49,387.79[/strike] 1 January 2012 £[STRIKE]19,312.85[/STRIKE] 1 August 2012 £11,517.620 -
Hey Seaxwyn i know what you mean about getting out the house... the only problem is when i do go out the house i always end up spending money
I have just listed two things on ebay and i forgot how easy it was to do.... well i tried listing the item using the normal way on ebay itself and it took me about 10 mins only for me to hit the button to list the item for it to say the page cannot be displayed  so i ended up using turbo lister and i listed 2 items in about 5 mins :j
I love your idea of having half a day where i dont do anything money or work related i just don't know where i'd find a spare half a day!!! When i do have time to myself i usually end up going for a bath and reading a book i'm getting through nearly 2 books a week at the moment so i do have some time to myself just not as much as i'd like.
Im off on Thursday night so will have the house to myself for 3 hours as the boyfriend is working backshift this week so i'll have from 6 - 9 to do with as i want so i should really take an hour to catch up on housework and make my dinner and then the other 2 hours can be spent doing things i want to do.... knowing me i'll spend it lying on the couch watching tv
Going to go see if i can list some more items on ebay before the notion wears off!!!

good luck with the ebay. I have 4 auctions just ended - 2 sold for 99p and two unsold. It hardly feels worth the bother!Total debt: 1 January 2007 £[strike]49,387.79[/strike] 1 January 2012 £[STRIKE]19,312.85[/STRIKE] 1 August 2012 £11,517.620

Yes but it is two items that you will now not have in your house and you have made a grand total of £1.98... better than nothing! If your other items are starting at 99p then you should relist them as it wont cost you anything. I have 300 items listed at the moment nothing of any great value and most starting at 99p which if they don't sell i just relist. I wont be able to do that in October as the majority of my items are books and videos and once they bring in the free postage i wont be able to sell them using ebay i will need to look at other options which means that i'll probably be left with around 50 items i can sell.... or try to sell.
I find that out of all the stuff im relisting i tend to sell at least one item a week and while i don't make that much money it does add up so if you don't need it and there is a place you can keep it until it sells i think you should hang onto it.... every penny counts so they say :rolleyes:DEBT OUTSTANDING 23.04.17 £16802.970 -

I have managed to get my weight down to 11st 5lbs so i have lost 1lb

Buddiebabe - well done the weight loss and well done on paying off the Skycard that's brilliant news.
Hope you're feeling better today.
The sun is shining here (for once) and it has helped to lift my mood. I've a friend coming round for coffee and we will be able to sit in the garden and have a good old natter! I've got the day off work. I listed 6 items on Ebay yesterday and two have bids on them already.Debt free and Keeping on Track0
