    MOT & Servicing £90.66

    TV licence £100.50

    ASDA savings card £15.00
    MORRISONS savings stamps £18.00

Well i've not done too well trying to get the debt down this month but i have managed to sort out some stuff and i think i should be able to start August financially in a better position. I don't know if i will meet my target of managing to get my debt down to below £30,000 by September but i will give it a try. I have managed to pay everything this month and also put away the money for the savings i needed for this month with only hours to spare. It was tight and for a while i didn't think i was going to manage it but i did so im glad that July is nearly over.

Im still not feeling great and i have managed to hurt my leg which is making doing the simplest thing like walking and sleeping leaving me in pain. I went to the doctors today and was basically told to just keep taking pain killers and it will be fine... but it may take 6 - 8 weeks to get better

I have put on quite alot of weight over the last month and its getting me down. Im not quite ready to post how much i weigh but if i could loose a stone or 2 i'd be over the moon but at the moment i'd settle for one or 2 lbs!!! But at the moment with my leg in as much pain as it is i cant do any excersise.

I haven't been around on the forums much lately due to work and that situation is not going to get any better any time soon. I had the whole day off today which was bliss but most of it has been spent lying on a makeshift bed in the living room with me drifting off to sleep cause im so tired all the time. Im still working both my full time job and also my part time job although my part time job is taking over my life at the moment. Im going to be working 27 hours in the shop this week on top of my full time job. I won't have another day off until a week on Sunday and then that will probably be spent in bed recovering from the previous weeks work!

I know im doing too much but i know i cant afford to give up my job in the shop.... i need the money. So im just warning you now that i may not be on here much over the coming week but my intention is to post daily.... even if it is just to say hi

    Wish me luck

    Hey

Well not much to update for today.

I was working from 10 - 6 in the shop and i am now sitting down waiting for my dinner to cook. I have been quite good with what i have eaten today. I have had a slice of toast and a coffee for my breakfast. I had weight watchers tomato soup of lunch with two slices of wholemeal brown bread and a mini muiller fruit corner. Which is really good for me usually when im at work on a Saturday i have crisps and sweets. I didn't buy anything at work today either so its been a no spend day and i have no intention of going out tonight so it will be the first no spend day of the month :T

Im going to go have dinner now and will try and post again later

I checked my bank account tonight and i had 5p paid in from quidco.... not the £65 they promised in their email  so i have made a payment to MBNA of £0.07 yes you read it right 7p now i know its not much but it is something towards reducing my debt and it makes me feel better that even though its only pennies i've started the month off on a good start by making a payment already!

Here's hoping it will continue although knowing my luck i'll end up spending an absolute fortune over the next few days and the 7p will be the only thing i have paid towards my debt this month!!!

Don't talk like that! The 7p will be the first of a steady trickle of payments.

Speaking of which, I am itching to list some stuff on ebay. But I've been told Saturday night is not a good night for listing as noone will be around to bid when it closes. Do you think that's true? Should I wait for Sunday, or just get it up and trust that if anyone wants it they will see it?

I put stuff on ebay all times of the day and night. I don't tend to worry about if people will be around to bid on them last thing as alot of people use an auction tool to enter their bid if they are really interested in them or they will bid for them when they see them.

I think if someone really wants an item they will bid for it straight away or will make a point of putting a bid on them before they end. I would be tempted to list the item when you are in the mood too because i know with me i intend to list things one day and never ever do it so if you are itching to list the items tonight i would just go ahead and do it!

Good luck with the listings whenever you do them

Hi buddeibabe glad to see your'e back.

Sorry about your weight - As you can see from my siggy I'm struggling big time to lose even 1 lb!

You are so organised with your finances, I'm afraid I've gone off track for a while. Come September (after my holiday) I'm going back to the debt busting with all guns blazing.

    Take care.

Well today was not a NSD.... it nearly was but i ended up spending money so this is what i spend today:

£2.64 now for this i got the following:

    1 newspaper
    2 packets of crips
2 500ml bottles of diet irn bru

and i also got the following free with the newspaper

1 make up bag worth £1.24 and a set of Nailene false nails worth £6.85

so all in all it was not too bad a spend day and as i wont use the nails i'll see if i can get the £2.64 back for them on ebay :p

I went onto quidco tonight i have done the high street web and kelkoo clicks and they have tracked already :j i know it's only a grand total of 5p but every little helps. I have also done two magazine subscriptions through 2 different companies which should get me 3 copies of 2 different magazines and i should get back the £2 it will cost me to get the 6 magazines and even if the money doesn't track i will have got the 6 magazines at a fraction of a cost.

So in total today i have spent £4.64

I have also made another payment to the evil MBNA card today.... a grand total of £0.36... yep 36p :p

I haven't done so well on the not eating rubbish thing.... think its supposed to be called a diet but hey ho its the weekend 2moro is a new day so will see what happens then!

My weight is 11st 6lbs  so in an ideal world i would like to weight 10st so i need to loose 20lbs..... 1st 6lbs.... no idea how im going to manage it cause i love my food
