I left my PC on while I went to drink lots of water (to dilute dodgy grape juice) and make HWB (as it feels cold here due to recent monsoon-type rainfall and one-day summer)

Hope all the insomniacs & DeniseNZ have a productive time... I'll catch up tomorrow, but which time Valli will be well over 1000 posts and probably have a special award for effort

Very cold and wet here!

I've got to take DH to the opticians as he won't be able to drive afterwards but it's an hour long appointment so will probably end up doing some shopping while he's there which I'm sure the kids will love!:rolleyes:

Need to sort out my PE kit for Monday as well!

Other than that I need to hoover through and attempt to sort out DD's bedroom.

morning all

still have quite a lot to get done this weekend:( weather is appauling again so will be putting washing on airers this morning otherwise uniform will never be dry for monday!!

gonna make some bread rolls this morning and hoping to do a roast for dinner tonight:) yum, havent had one for ages!!

lunch will be the normal. dd's room desperately needs sorting out, its a tip at the moment, i was hoping to do it yesterday but didnt get time.

The weather is atrocious, howling wind and rain that hasn't stopped since yesterday, it feels like I'm in the middle of a big storm :eek: looks like my washing will be going in the dryer.

Got the whole entire house to do today, I've already done my dining room & porch including the windows, kitchen is next on the list. Will tackle the living room after that then head on upstairs. I wont bother doing a list on here cause it's huge and it will take up too much space lol

Think I'll def be staying in today but littleys off out with nana & co later on (probs the Metro Centre) teenie will no doubt be doing something somewhere, so a day of cleaning and chilling out for me, yay!

Off to make another cuppa, then start on the kitchen

Oh my Toots my toxic friend pales in comparison to yours-good on you for saying no. I hate confrontation too but it really was just so enough. Her favorite was that DF treats me like a 1950's housewife with how I do all the work and he always needs to know when I spend money:rotfl:I've never had the guts to ask that if thats not what spouses do then why be in a relationship in the first place (and anyway, we all know DF pulls more than his share of the weight)

So I got some flying done last night:jwashing done and the toys are packed away and I changed the throws on the sofabed. DF had his last merry night (and Ill bet he'll have another tonight:rolleyes:) before he goes back to work. I felt rather bad, he had REM playing on his earphones but it was still so loud DS woke up:eek:It could be heard from the lounge to the bedroom. Obviously he didn't hear DS and so I got woken to sort him out-I went into the lounge and yelled at him about how inconsiderate he is and how when I fly late at night I do it quietly.
When he came to bed he tried to do it so quietly and when I woke he asked ever so sheepishly if it was okay for him to sleep in the bed with me:rotfl:

Im off to do the kitchen so I can get some bread going and think about what I need to do today-with DF going back to work on Monday he'll need work shirts which means Ill HAVE to iron and DS and I can go back to playgroups on Tuesday:j
