    Soappie - I don't suppose for a moment the council will be able to accept your photographic evidence at this time of night, but good luck trying! Maybe you should go back and tell them that you want an invitation as you can't sleep so might as well join in. Well done for doing something about it. Most of us would probably sit at home and grumble (which I guess is what your neighbours did, as they didn't join you on your undercover 'dog walking' mission ;) )

    No, they won't accept it at this time of night and I wasn't planning on giving it to them this time of night. Next week it'll be sent along with a formal complaint. In the vain hope that the event might not be allowed to happen, again in future years. I fear we have another two days of this... so please, let it rain, let it rain, let it rain!

    Oooh and the thumping has stopped in the last few minutes. Maybe they are obeying, for once, the 11pm curfew!
