I did this today at Luton Stopsley, the person at customer services asked another Asda person who also said a cap was necessary.
So I asked for the manager, and another Asda person standing by said she was the manager and repeated that same line.
So I said 'but it says here (on the print out)..
And she said to give me a voucher and to take my print out, and I got one :j , for £1 off !

The print out displays a 2L bottle for free!!

Jeez :eek: ,FOR a voucher. :rolleyes:

Get yer specs cleaned Grandad the print out displays a bottle that says 21 washes I think. I stand to be corrected but I think I'm right.

Appears that I am today. Just been over for another stash and there was a woman in the aisle setting up for tomorrow. 'I have some vouchers for lenor' she said. 'Thank you' was my polite reply. 'Could I have some for the mother in law'.

ive just come back from asda and you must have a certain type of cap which they have a pictuer of and you only got a £1 voucher but in my store the 750ml was down to £1 a bottle which was lucky otherwise i would of had to pay the extra so be aware of the price happy shopping

Went to Leicester Asda - Oadby and they wanted a cap from a dilute Lenor bottle. Made them come out in the rain and read their poster that says any cap - gave me a voucher - £1 off but the lenor is only £1

Just got mine from my local store who were happy to accept my morrisons cap and even told me to take the lid off my freebie lenor and hand it back for a 2nd free bottle. Couldn't be more helpful.
They were saying that no one was coming in with caps as it wasn't publicised enough. They looked really disappointed! Love my local 'essentials' staff.
