Got my £1 in Manchester only after an argument.
The woman at customer services said you have to have a the cap, I said no not according to the web. So she gets out an envolope with the instrcutin to staff on it. It says at the bottom - Some customers may forget the cap but be nice and use your discrstion. So she broke her heart and gave me the voucher telling me I should read the offer instruction first - thanks darling ! I did !
A general problemd with Asda (very much more so with Morrisons) is the staff are really surley, possibly to do with the catchment area.

After being refused this offer from the Birkenhead ASDA, I sent an E-mail to Asda's head office and they apologised and sent me a £3 voucher. I also E-mailed Proctor & Gamble and they too sent me a £3 voucher. Success!:T

I emailed Asda too & got this reply - Thanks for getting in touch to tell us about your experience when you visited our Roehamton store recently.

I'm sorry to hear that the offer on the fabric conditioner caps was not available in your local store.

This offer was in selected stores only and only one £1 voucher per customer.

They didn't even acknowledge within my original email my complaint about their rude staff member :rolleyes:

Also the offer was in that store, the bottles of lenor were there but they didn't have any vouchers as they hadn't been sent to them yet :rolleyes:

Also its not the point that it 'was only one £1 voucher per customer' i went there with my cap & nothing.
They should have prepared better for such a big promotion.
