Knew nothing of it in Lancaster either.0

Hi
I am not impressed either. I also went out in the pouring rain during my lunch break to the local (participating Asda). Yes they did have the vouchers - but only £1 off as opposed to a whole 750ml bottle free!
Also they were difficult about the voucher - said that first I need to go to the till and when making the purchase I have to show the caps. Which I did - the lad at the till knew nothing about it, so of course he had to call customer assistance, and finally I got my £1 off voucher. In the meantime the queue was getting longer. Then the whole story was repeated whilst my boyfriend got his voucher (as they said that we need to be two paying customers seperately)! So again people in the queue are like this  .
On top of that they decided that they wanted to keep my caps.... but of course I wasn't having any of that as they are still in use.... so that's another story!
Why does shopping at ASDA always have to be such an ordeal????
The bottles are on offer at £1.0 -
After reading and re-reading all about this offer, I was under the assumption that this offer meant any brand!! According to my local ASDA in Birkenhead this offer is only for Lenor caps. The lady at the customer Service desk even got her superior to explain to me that this offer was only for different styles of Lenor!!! Can someone please let me know if they have received a voucher using a cap other than Lenor's. All this for a measly £1 voucher :rolleyes:0

B/S you don't even need a cap.

Anyone tried to do this...
"If you forget your dilute cap, don't worry, simply mention to the customer services that you are aware of the campaign and you will be able to claim your voucher"
??? I don't use dilute softener so don't have a cap to take0 -
I went to my local Asda and whilst they didn't have any vouchers, they were aware of the promotion and I received my free bottle at the Customer Service Desk. I received a receipt and had it bagged there and then. I thought it was any top from a fabric conditioner bottle however I use Lenor so that's what I took. When I went through the till with my shopping, the assistant wasn't aware of the promotion however I made a few shoppers aware of the offer whilst I was in the queue0

My sister went in to our local asda to try and was told that they had been
told by head office only to give out vouchers to people with caps.
she even showed them a print out of the web page but made no difference.
hope you have more luck..0 -
went to asda by me today, the staff have never heard of if,even though i showed them magazine, and was told there should probably of been a van in car park giving them out, everybody was enquireing and was told the same thing even though our store is on the list of stores to participate.
usual rip off with asda like the Daz washing powder they should of had for £3 last week, but shelf was constantly empty, even if they had put some on the shelf, there would have been room for about 6 boxes max.this is just another gimmick to get you instore0
