Northern Ireland excluded yet again - not well done ASDA and PROCTOR & GAMBLE
Just have to go to Tesco for the weeks shopping0 -
Visited the Asda branch in Bimingham and they wanted a Lenor cap, they don't accept any cap from other brands0

JUST BEEN TO ASDA IT`S A £1 OFF COUPON TO DAY AND TOMORROW FOR LENOR CONCENTRATE 750 MIL,THE CAP YOU GIVE THEM MUST BE OFF A BOTTLE OF ANY FABRIC CONDITIONER BUT NOT A CONCENTRATE AS THE IDEA IS TO GET YOU TO BUY CONCENTRATE OFFER IS VALID UNTIL THE 15TH OF THIS MONTH0

Just back from my local Asda store in Stevenage. They also knew nothing about the promotion and didn't have any vouchers. Whilst waiting in the queue I also noticed the promotion in their Asda brochure, which I showed them.
The Manager gave me a bottle of Lenor concentrate anyway. It's a good job that Asda communicate so well
Good offer anyway.0 -
Just returned from Folkestone Asda.
They were aware of the promotion but Folkestone was not participating.
So I drove home printed out the list and drove back.
By now they have had three more people ask for it. So they tell me!
They gave me my Lenor, and refunded my car park. But I have to admit not impressed with the service.
I have given them ammunition to use against their HO, I just about got a thankyou.
Cost me more in petrol and printing ink and paper than the Lenor was worth.
Oh well. Thats Life.
As I was still up tight about this a couple of hours later I emailed Asda!Be ALERT - The world needs more LERTS0 -
Brilliant deal! Took 2 caps from exsisting bottles to my local ASDA first thing this morning and hey presto! The women didn't even question 'one per person' she just simply handed over 2 vouchers for £1 off each bottle. Tempted to take the lids off the 2 new ones and get a couple more! Winner! Lovely Job!0

Yes, I too have just got back from my local Asda and received a voucher for £1.00 off. Not sure how much the full price is though as I only collected the voucher on the way out. Good deal nevertheless.0

Just got back from ASDA Roehampton & the customer service woman knew nothing about it so called a manager. He said they have to voucher so we couldn't get a free bottle of Lenor. He said they 'might' be in later today or tomorrow but thats no use to me as its too far away to go back again later or tomorrow
I'm not impressed, you'd think they'd have the vouchers way before the promotion started, its really poor.
The bloke doing the self service was also very abrupt & rather rude to me as well..... over all not a great days shopping.“Hope is the only bee that makes honey without flowers.”
Some people only dream of angels, i held one in my arms.

Same here, but I asked the guy if I could have 2 for my mates. Result 4 coupon, 4 bottles of Lenor, self scan, no spend.
Happy Days!0 -
Hi
I am not impressed either. I also went out in the pouring rain during my lunch break to the local (participating Asda). Yes they did have the vouchers - but only £1 off as opposed to a whole 750ml bottle free!
Also they were difficult about the voucher - said that first I need to go to the till and when making the purchase I have to show the caps. Which I did - the lad at the till knew nothing about it, so of course he had to call customer assistance, and finally I got my £1 off voucher. In the meantime the queue was getting longer. Then the whole story was repeated whilst my boyfriend got his voucher (as they said that we need to be two paying customers seperately)! So again people in the queue are like this  .
On top of that they decided that they wanted to keep my caps.... but of course I wasn't having any of that as they are still in use.... so that's another story!
Why does shopping at ASDA always have to be such an ordeal????0
