Hey KP, I've just chanced upon this thread and wish you well. I noticed that you are considering more exercise, could riding a bike be an option for you? If you've got an old one rusting away somewhere I'd recommend digging it out. I have had issues with depression and it's done wonders for me x0

Thanks everyone and welcome Joolsybools.
Spoke to OH last night and again he wants me to keep the job even though I could and probably would have to go into work mode which means during the week family and house get negleted. He says Id get bored in my previous job (true but less stress so thought its worth it) and its better fo me to get challenged. I agreed to keep trying for a few more months. The HBOS merger is starting so its all change infact new boss is from HBOS.
Spends ok yesterday in fact other than OH having to buy a new mop it was a NSD.
Bad news is need a new mattress and still have big hole in tooth from missing filling. Trying to hold off until after hols which are two weeks away :j0 -
Ouch at the big hole in tooth!
Hope it doesnt give you any grief when you are on holiday!
Only 2 weeks to go, just focus on that, and having a lovely time while you are there. Forget about everything else, you will come back relaxed, refreshed, and ready to take on the world!0 -
Hi Hun...ouch to the tooth!!!
It's so hard making deciscions isn't it but I'm sure you'll feel better once you've decided once and for all.Seems like there's loads of things going on at the moment at work a nd maybe this is making you a little uneasy.
Not long until your holiday now ...enjoy it as you deserve it.0 -
NSD except OH took £20 instead of £10 for mop and im not likely to see change . ooops 1.55 to dd2 for youth club.
One of my physio exercises is to balance on my bad (left) leg for 30 seconds not touching anything. I can do 40 on my right but so far really bad on the left usually 5 seconds max although managed 20 once. I doubt I could stand on my left leg for 30 seconds pre breck so was wondering what can you guys do?
Either off to mates for a girly night in a bit or a night in watching gruesome TV so should be fun either way.:j0 -
Hope u get to your mates for a girly night.

What is everyone carp at balancing then??!! Did 30 seconds the other night :j.
Good: £200 in sealed pot so £40 more than I thought. Work going well. Headache when I got home so OH did dinner :j. Holiday under 2 weeks .
Bad: OH knocked another car no damages to his car but a dink in the other so at least £100 if we are lucky but could be more . Mattress needs changing still and teeth sensitive but trying to ignore both. Bank balance not too good need to update budget.
Indifferent: no ebay sales and house still cluttered to the hilt.:j0 -
Hi KP...sorry to hear about car...whooops!!
Great on holiday and sealed pot money.
As for balancing with my dodgy hips and knee you'll probably beat me hands down..lol0 -

Did you go back to the docs? Re the job I think it has to be your decision...can understand stress issues and its ok for oh to say that as hes not working or dealing with it all...your decision but can totally understand why you feel like that.
