£1 to DD1 for town. She put her change from yesterday into the holiday pot. Think I scared them yesterday buy threatening to cancel the holiday. They have been very good today.
Dont know why but been on a downer for most the weekend. Feel a bit better now. Just seems to be more of the same etc. I shouldnt feel bad, I am lucky in so many ways.
Nothing on the list got done oh actually just rang Sis and Mum was there so covered that as well. Got niece (4-5 months) on the 12th. She is so cute but wont take a bottle - it will be interesting. I know DD1 was the same and she disproved the "a baby wont stave themselves"! Will have had sleep and the OH and kids to help so a day should be fine. I know DD2 will be excited when she finds out.
Plan to w**k from home tomorrow. Amended and issue report, prep Tues visit, try to do expenses and milage for the last three months . The good news will be some cash if I can do the latter.
Hope you all well :A .:j0 -
You need to take things easy, I do worry about you, I know that may seem v strange coming from a stranger, but yourself, and a few of the other ladies on some of the threads are lovely people and dont need the hassle that life throws at you.
Sounds daft but you have done a lot of the last week, you had a hetic weekend with the party etc
Gd for u re threatening to cancel the holiday, you are superwoman, but even superwoman needs a rest sometime xxxx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0 -
Just thought it may have come across wrong - it wasnt DS birthday just a drop off party so no major hassle but sometimes just remembering the card and pressie seems hard enough. Kids birthdays start in July, Sept and Nov. I am so birthday partied out, poor DS, I cant get as much enthusiam these days. Plan a few friends for DD2, a sleepover for DD1 and a party out for DS. Works out just a expensive as a home party with a lot less stress. The cheaper the party the better pressie they get.
Thank you for your concern I do feel that life is just too full of carp. Its no good dwelling although I seem to at the moment. Just need to keep going with a good whinge on the way! Doesnt sound from your thread that things have been easy for you either yet your always so upbeat even with the horrible bank charges. I do think a new bank account would help if it continues. Touch wood thats one thing I dont have to worry about.
How are you and DD? Hope you are updating your thread was wondering how you were.:j0 -
It was most proberly me not reading properly. I hate the Halifax, got an account with Alliance + leicester so may start using that a bit more.
I know the lifes crap, think I'm coming to join u, a virtual bottle of 2 or wine and a damm gd moan!!
Its like life theres a lot of ups and down, I hate bank charges, guess I should be more careful, but I do try.
Looking 4ward to getting away 10days and counting, were off to Tunisia, be the 1st time shes flown, I've b4 without her, but bit nervous as its never been the 2 of us. Dads been brilliant, doesnt get much choice went on his credit card, got 0% deal. In theory the money should go of the debts, but I've got very itchy feet, and think the hol do us both the world of good.
Were get there eventually! xxx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0 -

A good idea I guess but I dont feel like I have actually done anything
just moped and shouted alot. To be fair OH always does the party runs he actually had somewhere to go on Sat. Also out on Sunday which was wierd.
Kids are tired especially DD2 who had a right fit this morning over her hair. We still have nits about so I insisted on putting up her hair. I won in the end but it wasnt pretty.
OH having a sleep in after a very long day yesterday. I should be working from home but so far I am doing housework and on here. Just about to watch Judge Judy.
Counted the sealed pot outof curiosity and its £108:T :j :T .:j0 -
Just read the BBC news story about periods and spending. No wonder I have been in a bit of a spending frenzy. Could have been worse I guess. You may note from SIG that OH has spent £40. It was to cover Sundays golf. Nothing I can do I probably would have given it to him if he said he was broke but to be asked sould have been nice. Might be time to change my pin number.
Did the report but still have admin to do. No visits until Thursday (not needed tomorrow) so will take a day off and have an admIn day the other. Work will flow in soon when the new quarter's work get allocated.
Could do with a chat ISOM but I know you are tired today so will try to catch up with you in the week.
Off to read some more threads and catch up some more. Beanielou hope you are ok as I havent seen you about for a bit. GR has updated :T and I think Dizzie is lurking. Come to think of it KC has been quiet.:j0 -
