Got letter and all I can say is :j :j :j :j :j :j :j :j :j :j :j :j :j :j :j :j :j :j :j :j :j etc etc.
Will not blow it on rubbish although very tempted with a new tv or the cooker. Plan so far is to pay mbna £775 to clear, give Mum £100 towards heating bill, let OH off his money (sounds like its gone anyway  ) and pay for a golf day through work. Still planning facial and pedicure for me then the rest to be saved although I fear a dentist bill soon.:j0 -
So pleased for you

Sounds like he has the £30 to make up to the £120 but not the additional £20 so I can live with that. Leaning towards the TV purchase. Cant decide if its a good idea or not
. It will cost £450-500. Will still have enough for the other stuff but it will pretty much take anything remaining.

Got the £30 and have taken the plunge and got TV http://direct.tesco.com/q/R.203-3450.aspx. Its on a 6 month interest free loan so I can keep the money in savings earning a tiny bit of interest and maybe even save up some more in the meantime.:j0
