I know your looking into relate, but would it be worth asking ur gp for councelling, it might be another avenue to look into.

Weekend spends update

£20 shopping on Sat inc chipshop
£15-5 on a top for OH the £10 to be repaid
£15 Oh for goLF stuff so £75 due from him in total
£38 Groceries today
£6 McDs
£36 Freezer

Today started bad with me in a fed up mood and OH not very happy at me sleeping and/or watching TV upstairs. In the end we talked but ended up whinging about our lazy kids and started tidying.

OH has cleared in front of and inside the coat cupboard, done a few loads of washing and half the washing up.

I have bin bagged DSs room with any toys not in their place (three bin bags :eek:)
Cleared the room of rubbish , clothes and anything else lying about.
Freecycled some of the toys from the last sort out and hoping someone with take the other carboot stuff I have.
Sorted out DD1 clothes with her help
Got DS and DD2 to tidy a bit
Banned all friends in until the weekend and the toys in black bags are sorted.

Still to do
Bag up the girls room of toys (junk)

Find places to store unwanted clothes until new homes are found.

Wash up rest of stuff

Cook spag bol

Money wise a NSD except £5 due for DD1 guide trip
OH has given £70 so wont worry about the £5

Better go loads to do.

Yes thanks for caring but Ive done very little since Ive been off. Im sure tomorrow will be back to sleeping and slobbing!

NSD in the end I forgot the £5 ooops. DD1 going to Cadburys World next week. Didnt get anything else on the list done so will do that today along with helping to clear a space for the new freezer.

Thank you guys for caring but I do feel bad for being really lazy and it felt good to get some jobs done. I am a bit apprehensive about going back to work next week. Docs tomorrow Ill see what she says but I cant stay off any longer. Maybe part time for a couple of weeks? Got to have a back to work meeting as well :eek:.

Good day so far tired so feel the need for a bath and nap coming on. Still need to bag the girls toys though. Friend came for a quick visit which was lovely. Looking forward to catching up with other collegues if not the work!

NSD so far and between OH and I we have:

Washed up
Cleaned the cooker
Washed the kitchen floor
Cleared the kitchen floor pre clean
Moved in new freezer

Still to do
Bag toys
Finish the small amount of washing up - it it me or is this never ending???

Possibly look at some baking if I feel up to it
At some point probably tomorrow clean the fridge and declutter the kitchen some more. It still looks a mess :mad: Its actually not too bad it looked better when I came back down

The rest can wait, I cooked an easy dinner and made angel delight I think thats enough!!

You've gone great guns this morning, go and get that soak and a nap - u deserve it.

Hope all goes well at the docs, if you dont feel like you can go back to work, then tell him, without sounding personal have you considered councelling, may be worth haveing a chat with gp.

When do you go for the back to work interview, again, dont get pushed into anything you donr feel comfortable with.
