  • Not a night out unfortunately I meant out of the ofice on a visit. Usually out twice a week sometimes more but due to xmas and a back log of reports to write up I have had alot office time.

Had an interesting call from my bank to tell me I didnt have enough funds in my account to clear an overdraft? Turns out Tesco did not action my dd change to minimum  . I wish Id have known that I hadnt given enough notice there was no warning.

Thankfully Bank have let full dd through and extended o/d. Now nwwd to think of what to do next. Wonder if Citibank will allow a od transfer. No news from Virgin guessing I got turned down.

Got to go OH just brought back chip shop chips!

I love chip shop chips, esp if you get those little batter bits, what connection have you got with the bank, ur highly honoured for them to call you, but glad they have let the money go through, maybe theres a back log with Virgin, Im with AOL and noticed there on the home page, so guess they could be unindated.
Positive thoughts, ur get there if not, theres always Plan B. (not sure what yet!! but the thoughts there!!) xx
xx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx
  • They were lovely and the fish. Not sure of cost as I sent OH so guessing £8 but only likely to get 10 back from my 20. Other spends were £3.50 lunch of which I can claim all but £1 back. £9.30 postage. Kids spend back down to 16/50 beacuse guides returned the trip deposit until next week or so.

    Me costs £26/40 Kids 16/50 Grocery 180 - 2/250.

Ref the bank they are good to me been with them since I was 5 when Mum opened a savings account. Its Natwest so even though I work for another bank I wont switch. I was impressed they called. I think it was the size because they havent rung before when I mucked up by 50 ish quid. Miss timed a dd going out. Managed to get the charges refunded then.

Could be right about Virgin it is a great deal even the natwest guy said they couldnt beat it or the citibank offer.

chip shops chips ..... sigh. As a vegetarian, I was wittering on the other day about missing chip shop batter, the stuff they do the fish in. And lo and behold, at the Thai fusion restaurant I was on my way to, they did .... tempura! It was *so* nice.

How lovely that you have such a helpful bank! Very unusual in this day and age.

  • Doing ok thanks ISOM. Bodyshop non existent at the mo though. Need to sort it out and find my numbers. I have a party on the 30th but no ideas where the phone number etc is.

    Plan for the weekend is:

    Sort BS stuff
Help with the room swap DS moving into single room and DD1 back in with DD2.
Maybe ring around and book some parties.

Hope Virgin comes through soon I need to make a decision on what to move where.

    Moneywise today I spent:

    50p choc
    3.50 lunch
    10 top in debenhams sale

  • Spends: £2 cat food 30p kids choc.

Started sorting out BS today took ages although I stopped to watch telly and cook/eat dinner inbetween. Still got the products to sort through.

Bad day though had major argument with DD1 and Im embarressed to say I completely lost it.Went at her and hit her. It was like flipping water torture. Constant bajering ver the same thing for a week now. None of the kids will sleep alone. Currently DD1 has her own room and up until before xmas she slept there ok. Always anted to share with DD2 which was allowed at weekends only. Now she wont sleep there at all. It took an hour of solid arguing for her to sleep there last night. It started again tonight and I just flipped. OH had a go at me so Im not talking to him.

Im so on edge recently, you guys know how much I wantto move out.If I cant discipline my own kids on top of everything else???? Said I was moving out to DD1 and DD2 heard so she was in tears. I didnt say I wouldnt move out because i am not 100% sure either way so I wont lie to her. Calmed her sown a bit but feel terrible. Is it better to stay and live life overlooking things that are wrong or be brave and try a different approach that may work but will casude alot of upset at first?

Of to bed in a bit. DD1 is in with the others because I feel like sleeping alone tonight.

  • Big hugz KP, I would hazard a guess that in your heart of hearts you know what you want to do, but that first step is sooooo scary.
Life is so short, and time is but a blink of an eye, I love my cliches, but it's so true. When you look back KP will you regret what you did or what you didn't do?
A friend of mine stayed in a relationship for years because of that 'fear of the unknown' anyway she did it, they divorced, she met someone else and after four years they still feel as if they're in the first flush of their romance!
Never in a million years did she think that would ever happen.
If more often than not you're thinking that you want to part then that's days hun that you should be living not regretting.
Maybe the fact that you don't fel as calm as you should is because of the situation you're in or at least the situation your heart is in.
Lots of love KP...I've said it before but you do such a lot to keep things ticking over and more, that you deserve to be happy.
On the up side, once your finances are sorted and you're on an even keel then maybe everything will all just fall into place and things will be as they used to be, with no money pressures.
Hope you have a better day tomorrow.
