Hows mum? Sure the rest will do you good but be careful...I know nag nag but its alot of money on top of cat, body shop etc and dont want you stressing that youve taken on too much on top of everything else...could have been worse though!!

Cat is called Scratch he is very cute and active. Mums fine Thanks still waiting for call. No change really. I think she is just bored now. Phoning my sis lots! My bro came this morning so hes probably visited her by now so she should be over the moon that he has come from the US to see her.

Which insurance did you use ISOM? I saw two for £20 - Tesco ranged from 4.30 - 6.80 a month and the other wouldnt quote.

Works going ok. The next week will tell if bodyshop will do ok. Got the two morning parties tomorrow and Thurs, one on friday c/o my manager and then a neighbours on Friday. Hoping Ive got some office interest when Im back in tomorrow pm. Also a friend should have circulated some catalogues round her mother and toddler group.

You are right to nag I have overspent. Hopefully not too stupidly but commiting to a cat, bodyshop and holiday is a lot. I reckon the holiday will be chepaer than camping because only one car needed and alot of food included as its dineer bed n breakfast.

edit to add the holiday is not until Aug 09 so time to save just cant rely on bonus this year . Not impressed with the no dividends either. We were supposed to be doing ok??

ahh thought that the holiday was soon - next year is ok and thats not bad then!! I only nag cos I worry and know (like all of us) that you spend when stressed/angry/upset and we all live to regret it so just trying to be a good friend - as I hope you would for me....scratch a good name - a;most called Alfies squeak cos he doesent purr - just eeks!!! Wheres the piccy or a description!! black/white/tabby/ginger?!!

Latest saga in the KP household is a call from the police at 5.30 to say they had arrested someone in her house and can I secure the property:eek: :eek: :eek: ?! Been down to check and it looks like the boyfriend well ex has been back. The police did enquire as to should he be about. I said no but SIL said Mum had told him about her being in hospital and he was due to visit yesterday so knowing Mum shes did give him permission. I couldnt see anything out of place so to speak so its probably him.

OH not impressed but I had to go check it out. Sis is heavily pregnant so didnt want to burden her this early.

Anyways I didnt oversleep today:rotfl: !!

Hiya - blimey, this is early.... you *certainly* didn't oversleep! Kitty - a new kitty! Please, please, please post photos. I still miss my cats, can't get more cos of upcoming life changes, but I'm the crazy cat woman you'll see who goes around stroking cats on the street. Huge victory on Sunday when the neighbour's cat stayed in my garden while I was weeding, and eventually climbed onto my lap when I was sitting down to stroke him. Piccies!

PS seriously - very glad your mum is well enough to feel bored, thats a really good sign.

Oh Wendy, what a week you've had. At least mum is still doing OK. Whats with the ex, cheeky beggar!!!! I suppose it could have been a lot worse, he could have taken stuff that didn't belong to him.

We're all waiting for photos of the Kitty, but I bet it's the last thing on your mind at the moment!

Hop everything is going on ok with mum, thats all u need the added hassle, give puddy a big tickle from me. I love cats, but unfortunately they dont like me, Im allergic to them, dogs I love, we have a 13yr old springer spaniel, hes been poorly, but touch wood, we're on a good patch. xx

Latest news on Mum - she is being moved tonight to JR, didnt press charges against (ex?) boyfriend :mad: and placed an order with brother along the lines of

Stamps
Bottle of wine with screw cap :mad: :eek: :mad: so she is fully back to normal.

First BS party not a success took £70 orders so not very happy but will try to take the good things from it and learn.

Should have said earlier that Im glad he is through the rough patch and has a good few years left in him.
