I've been looking for a new system for sometime now and reckon if the MoneySavers think its a good deal - it must be!!!
Hope this is not a dumb question but I'm not very techie minded. Does the system come with all the software installed or do you have to do it yourself?
Ideally, I want something that's just "plug and play".

DELL systems usually have the important software pre-installed - there may be a few odds and ends where you just get the discs.
If you need help just find a school age friend to help you! Children are born understanding technology these days

Ordered one last night & also told a mate about it yesterday, who spent about an hour online trying to find a better deal. Unfortunately he could not get any PC near this spec for the price so he also ended up ordering one of these Dell's for himself.

I called them this morning to cancel and i had no problems whatsoever.Just after i cancelled the courier rang to confirm delivery so i told them i had cancelled and they said they would just send it back to dell.
So just to double check i called Dell again and was told i did the right thing and once they get order back money will be refunded.

You must been lucky then ! I was going around in circles for hours with their helpdesks, based on the other end of the planet. Probably I should complain about their customers service...

Apparently you have 7 days to cancel your order,so i was told.

As far as I know "distant selling regs" apply and you have 7 days from it being DELIVERED to cancel.
Don`t know who would pay the postage if you do send it back.
