Nytol is herbal and works quite well, or even valerian root - all available from boots and places. If you go and have a word with the pharmacist at boots, they will probably have a herbal remedy "bible" there that they can look things up if you have any queries.

I don't like taking sleeping pills either, but sometimes, short term they can be just what you need to get things back on an even keel.

I would recommend Nytol. I took it after a personal trauma some years ago which lead to me being unable to sleep at all. First night taking them I had a good nights sleep. I only used them for about a week and then I found my body had got back into routine.

I have taken these for the past few years..on and off, before i get shot. They work very well at first then less so. But the relief is immense and it should help back pain a bit. The good thing is that there is no hangover affect that you tend to get with sleeping pills. Someone once told me to increase my vit B12 as well as magnesium as they are supposed to help. I would always talk to the people in the shop as well. Just because things are herbal, doesn't mean there are no side effects..make sure it doesn't conflict with tabs you are already taking as they do have an affect on stomach.

I agree it's a lovely day today.I have given in and bought some Nytol today...so will take them tonight.I didn't get to sleep until about 3.30am again !!!..getting fed up of it now as I really do need to get to sleep by 11ish so that I can wake up early enough to go to work.

Thanks..don't get me wrong when I get to sleep I sleep well it's just at the wrong time..I'm trying to get into a routine so that I can get up again at 6amish...

Hi all..well didn't sleep brilliantly last night but managed to get up for work anyway.Had an ok day..but at least I've been.Not a lot happening here.Nice day again though so have got the washing on.Am trying to gather enough to pay off the BMI card this week.

oo that would be fab taxi when does the 0% run out? I have two 0% due to expire jan/feb but no chance of clearing them unless a lottery win or rich husband transpire!!Any news of the errant ds?!
