Hi Strumpet..thanks for the ideas I haven't tried lavender oil on my pillow yet but have a hot water bottle that goes in the microwave which is lavendar.Any ideas are welcome as it drives me nuts...I think the combination of stopping taking the medicine and all of the above must surely work...0

Hi you lot..hope you are all ok....alas wasn't asleep but have been busy.I had to go to physio today and I just have to keep up with the exercises and pilates while I'm waiting to have my x ray and be seen by podiatry.As the physio says she can't do a lot at the moment until we know for definite.
Done the usual washing and stuff.Cooked a delicious stir fry for tea.I haven't really got a lot to say at the minute..that's why I haven't posted...didn't want to bore you all x0 -

Sorry the champix made you feel rubbish...can yo try the lozenges? I am almost off them now but so pleased I stuck with it as feel so much better for not smoking - only prob is I cant stand the smell now!!
