Hi taxi, I've just caught up with your diary after the last few days (I haven't been around much). Glad to hear you've got a diagnosis for your back problems and hope the physio and fitness regime helps! Very envious of the new blinds too. Hope you have a nice afternoon with your OH - is it sunny up there? Lovely sunshine down here today, but we had frost on the windows this morning.

Hi Seaxwyn....had an alright afternoon just went out for breakfast and to the bank. That's all .We walked so my back is really sore again now.DH has gone for a lie down and DD(19) has fell asleep on the chair..lol.I'm just washing and drying the upstairs curtains. It's drizzling here and quite cool.
have just updated my sig as have paid an extra £150 off the BMI card apart from that not a lot happening.I have my taxi medical tomorrow as well and I have to pay for that so that's another £60...then I have my CRB and badge to pay for all that money just to go to work..lol
  • My living room curtains are supposed to be dry cleaned, but i wash them on a low cycle and have been ok so far..if you are planning to bin them give it a go, as you have nothing to lose with it.
Is also bloomin freezing here.......and woohoo at the BMI payment...I too have to pay money for work as well..bugs the hell out of me.

    Thanks Penguin,
Well been for taxi medical...so that's £60 spent!!!...I have washed those dry clean only curtains and hung them on the line outside ...they look like they'll be ok..so will last a long while yet and will do until I redecorate which is probably a long way off yet.Have got my final prescription (6 weeks worth) of champix..so another £7.10 spent and also bought 2 lucky dips for euro millions tonight.I don't normally buy lottery tickets but thought I'd chance my luck.
Apart from that I haven't done anything else really.
I am having home made lentil soup and ryvitas for tea.Hope everyone is having a good day x
