I am working for contractworld.jobs and i must say it's not as hard as you think .. I'm glad i registered and applied .. I work for one client at the moment and yes since i work for that one i can't work for this other one but there's other clients that i am able to apply for .. i make my availability and do my 10 hours minimum a week .. i do more than 10 hours but some week it's suits me fine .. the training is at your cost but it's also tax deductible so i'm not worried ..
you can live anywhere in north america .. It's worth the try if you are looking for to work from home

I applied away back in 2010 and never heard a whisper since, I think Contract Xchange is some sort of data collection site and not a recruitment type site!0
