For those currently on training, how's it all going?
First bit of training went OK.
Doing the self study stuff now which seems all easy enough to follow.
Had an issue with the operating DVD that they got us to try and burn but failed so waiting for that to be shipped out.
No complaints so far all seems pretty well organised and professional and the only slight hiccup was due to them trying a new procedure.A+L Loan £168 Hitachi Loan £0 Bank of dad £19,664

Hi Tannis,
I too have just started on the self-pace training... There seems to be A LOT to take in and their systems seem a little complex but i am sure will be easy enough once you are used to them.
I came down with the flu the last few days and it's put me back a little.. I just hope i can get through all the training in time!

Glad it's all going well, just wish they would schedule some more training blocks so i can get in..0

Good luck
How did you find the training?0 -
The training was good.. There is a lot to take in but actually when you start to take calls it sort of just flows back into what you have learnt.
I think it would be better to select a Full Time course all day as 4 hours just doesn't fit that much info in and you have to wait till the next das to see the bits that fall together.. But all in all good.. My first few hours went ok.. Had a but of a nighmare first logging in this morning but calls are picking up the pace.. Done 2 in my first hour :rotfl:
5 in my second.. & about 6 i think last hour. It is actually quite easy once you get the hang of it. I'll be up to 10-12 in no time0 -
You know i'd really love to do this but it's just so frustrating waiting for a training course to come up, i must have been so close to getting in as well because i got an email inviting me to accept a telephone interview and that same day the training classes closed and now i'm stuck on the waiting list...

Am sure you will soon Tannis, they must have got enough people just as you were getting into being, I would put money on you being the first in when it starts again
Also they have increased the commission to £2.50 a sale on some items, and the 1 you most likely to sell to £1.50 a time, and £2 for the second most likely product you sell, and I had 10 sales yesterday lolExcel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?0 -
All the better then...sounds like things are going nicely for you there, how many calls you up to an hour now taffy?0

Nice one! I am going live tomorrow. I am really nervous about those first few calls and putting it all together.A+L Loan £168 Hitachi Loan £0 Bank of dad £19,664
