I'd be interested in the Teletech role if you could work during the day, but it seems to be evenings and weekends which is no good for me as that is the only time I get to spend time with my husband.0

If you look at their job listings they have one for (just sat-sun) and one Part-Time upto 36 hours, It doesn't say evenings, But i am sure you could ask them the question of what shifts they have?0 -

I think it just means you have to work one day at the weekend. Think you have to do at least 20 hours a week over 5 days, shifts times are from something life 4.30pm until 11pm.
It just doesn't suit me, unfortunately!0 -

I bought the one recommended (perhaps I should have waited until I got the job - lol) and it seems good, I especially like the headset. Hopefully they will get some new clients along side BG.0 -
littleange_com - Sorry i didn't read all the info.. Keep checking though you never know they might have other positions/shifts come up. I've read about some people doing Tech support etc. Which model do they recommend? I don't think i've read about it anywhere?0

Zahaara-Blue - They ring you up to give you an interview appointment. This is about 20 minutes and goes through the job, a few questions and a listening test.
rpcor2- Have you spoken to live chat regarding why your Mac is failing? My comp failed once for having a CD-ROM, I pointed out it was a DVD and resubmitted and then it failed because I had left the wireless adapter on. They are quick and helpful on the live chat facility.
As to the earning potential. I am aiming for net hourly rate of between £6-7 which I feel is very reachable. Flat rate VAT and annual accounting should hopefully make it easier for me and regarding income tax and NI I would have to pay that on any other earnings anyway so I don't really see this as an extra consideration.
watsonnicole1 - Well hope you get the PC sorted soon! I have spotted a boo-boo on my part in that I am supposed to be going to London on the final weekend of my training. Something will have to give, going to contact them about other training dates and see what happens.
Thanks mstopham0 -
mstopham - Did you get any more information regarding other training dates, I received confirmation that they have ordered my Pc today and it should be here within 5 wrking days, Also got confirmation that i am enrolled on training.
Dontknowwho - I basically said what i understood the role to be. I.e min 20 hours a week Servicing British gas clients and cross selling/upselling BS products and services.. & working towards set targets, & also why i thought i would be suitable working for a 'at home' position.. For example it may suit your lifestyle if you have children etc.0
