Ive had a similar problem before too but I had only overpaid by £10 so wasnt going to bother doing anything about it. I had booked two people on one booking, and one of them on a separate booking with two booking numbers. Exact same flights. I got an email from them within a few days saying I had made a double booking and to contact them which I forgot to do. A week later I had an email saying I had been refunded the extra booking.

    Indeed. 00353 12497791 is what's on http://www.saynoto0870.com

Note that the number given above is a Dublin number – not sure whether calling that will work out more expensive than the 0870 number...

Be careful if you're using your work phone to make the call – making international calls where I worked would NOT have been approved of.

If I don't respond to your posts, it's probably because you're on my 'Ignore' list.

    Twice

Checked with the bank and I'm pretty sure that only one payment has been taken. So it's all okay after all :D not quite sure what happened but seems to be ok

What you should have done, is not two open two different windows, but two different browsers.

The two most popular are Firefox and Opera.

You can have as many installed as you like. They will not clash(RAM permitting).

I'll keep that in mind for when I can book flights from Edinburgh next month :D

if its already booked up the second windown she has open will have said 'sorry not available' or gone to an error page. PLUS op shoulda doesnt. i dont get how two windows for each way 'beats the system'.
