    "If thinks" ???

    Typical Beeboid.
I think you will find that it was a typographical error, no more no less.
Dont let the paranoia get to you

I did of course means “things”
I also said that for me the licence fee was good value but expressed my thoughts on those who cannot access all of the BBCs output being charged the same as people who can.

    What is "Beeboid"?

How the BBC (using their "TV Licencing" arm) entrap you into paying for them:

All approved by the government, of course!!!

    1) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y1vw_PoMIxs
Violence is the answer (according to TV Licencing)

    2) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j_1xNWq9M_s
    Trespass

Ignore the law... we are scum and think we are above it

    BBC=Disgrace
Do not pay for this MAFIA organisation.

    MAFIA???

Are the BBC really run by a secret Sicilian organisation?

    No.

Stop being childish. And grow up.

The BBC extort money through NuLiebor, and you know it.

£3.4 BILLION extorted from the public. Wow... where's Scotland Yard to investigate this scam?

    .

Problem is: Most people have better things to spend money on.

£11 per month . . . buys: food, electricity etc...

You are writing about priorities. Food has a higher priority than being able to watch TV. If someone has money left from providing that (and housing, heat and clothes), then they can spend it on other things. Where watching TV is placed in priorities is up to the individual - but it has a value and a person decides whether the price set is what they are willing to pay for that value. The licence fee may be a tax - but it is a voluntary one.

Being able to watch TV is not a basic human right.

Relax, take a deep breath and be calm.

As LittleVoice said it is not a right to be able to watch TV. It is a lifestyle choice.

I don't watch TV, thats my choice.

All these people complaining on this forum, have you voiced your complaints to Capita and the BBC?

I'm sure the head of the BBC does not read this forum, maybe you should them him know your displeasure.

Don't get me wrong I don't like the actions they take, but tell them about it if you don't like it.

    http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/newstopics/celebritynews/2961792/Noel-Edmonds-may-lose-title-after-licence-fee-boycott.html

This follows after all the crony big wigs have come out lambasting Noel for daring to question the BBC. Boris Johnson has called Noel a Traitor no less for daring to start a campaign against the destruction of peoples life's as they are hounded and become criminals for watching tv.

Its interesting to watch how the media and government connected bigwigs rail against him and castigate him for standing up for a very basic stop the BBC aggression campaign, and just how fast the 'honours' granted through his celebrity are being stripped off him.
so says another ordinary mug fighting the 1% who own the political machine grinding them down from on high...

It's funny how Edmonds didn't raise these points when he was collecting his huge salary form the Beeb - must have slipped his mind !
  • The fact is that like the unelected house of Lords and the Royal Family at £37M p.a. (excluding security and related costs) the BBC is just another institution promoting and maitaining an outdated and selfish cause for the middle to upper classes as they fight tooth and nail to maitain social standing. So Boris thinks that to abolish the BBC license fee is to abolish the last night of the proms...and? if this is the best argument this man can contrive then for me it merely highlights how deluded these people are and how they are failing in their moral duty as a human being to do 'the fair thing'.

the BBC is illegal in my mind. A forced subscritption, despite text to vote shows increasing revenue and having a commercial arm. why cant they scramble like everyone else? im my opinion its simple...because we are told to believe..believe in the rubbish the 'establishment' spout and never to question. This way they can keep middle class English values and stiff upper lip alive..so i'll just roll over and have my belly tickled then eh?

in 2006 the BBC asked for a 3% increase in fees when they should be looking to abolish or reduce the fee altogether...and why? so they could invest in their digital channels and website...all free to the rest of the world...we must be mad..we really must.

    Wrong but carry on ranting;)
  • yes may as well jump on that part other than the crux of it. Fact- Certain countries receive BBC for free. I'm sorry i did use all free to the rest of the world to hypothetically strengthen my point...sorry did i tread on some sensitive toes there?

If ranting is deciding that i wish to make my comments known -ahem...erm...on a comment board about unfair financial charges on a financial 'money saving' website then you are right..ive lost the plot..well done for pointing it out. you changed everything. A real paradigm shift moment for me. Hurrah!! -now where's my union jack?
