£5 Voucher at Play.com with the Mirror

After I send them an email, my girlfriend got her one today. It works!!! But remember the email you send to them should be the reply of the confirmation email that they sent to you, in this case they will know they made a mistake.

I rang them again. They have been swamped apparently... hmmm...

They said I should get one soon.

Also, when I mentioned there were some on e-bay (selling for 4.50 I might add... strange... 50p saving...) he just said "Really? You can get anything on there these days" and just laughed! Obviously dont really care about 1 person getting loads and selling em. Wouldnt be surprised if it was him!!!

Am I right in thinking everyone who applied who didn't get the £5 voucher should have received a £1 voucher - did they send these out and has anyone received one?

My partner hasn't received anything since the email confirmation - he did email them yesterday morning, but they haven't got back to him. Think I'll advise him to phone them tomorrow - in the time he's been waiting, I've placed and received my order, lol!

You know, if I was the person processing the emails, and I saw some t_wat sending in dozens of emails at a time - I'd highlight the whole damn lot and hit the Delete key.

Dont be stupid. I had the same problem, and sent a polite email about my missing voucher. I got a reply a few days lays with my voucher code.

Be patient, and dont be so stupid.

EVERYONE who applied should have heard either way by now. One of 3 e-mails. One for £5, one for £1 (although I dont know anyone who got those!!) and one for you were unsuccessfull.

I'd suggest that you get your friend to foward that confirmation email to play (either dailymirror@play.com, or info@play.com), asking where the voucher is.

I did this, and received it a couple of days later.
