Where did you email? I mailed the Mirror, they read it but didn't respond and I can't find an email address for play.

My Dad got his email code today at 12noon-ish. He replied to the confirmation email sent to him on Weds 16th at 8am. He sent it to them this Weds 23rd, and has recd a reply with the code today.

They have had a "glitch" - probably using McAfee which wont let you send bulk mail easily :rotfl:

No, he didnt call them - He just hit reply to the confirmation email he got last Wednesday, enquiring about the voucher.

I entered Wednesday morning, didn't even get a confirmation email. But 2 emails later, second of which mentioned a possible "The Great Play scam" on Watchdog and what do you know, they "checked their records" and surprisingly I have been awarded a £5 voucher. Well I'm not arguing, have spent it already in case they change their mind!!!
So complain, and who knows what you'll get aswell but be quick as the vouchers are only valid until this coming Wednesday (30th Nov)

GibsonSt19 i used the dailymirror@play.com email address. I wouldn't have minded not getting one but my brother received one even though he submitted the codes later than me.

I e-mailed them a couple of times (including the confirmation e-mail I received from them on Wednesday morning) and got a reply tonight with my £5 voucher code!

I have now called them as i am getting no reply from the emails....a guy called me back and told me that i had to send an email to the address that i have been sending them to for the past day :mad:

I even threatened them with Watchdog in my last one, which was written in bright red capital letters.

I am now going to start bombarding them with emails

Keep trying with the emails.

We each applied for a voucher here (4 vouchers). Only one came through first time but we sent back emails for the others (the daily mirror address) and all came good eventually.
