How can emails go missing? Eitherway, OH got an email this morning (after I reported an error through their web tech support form) that his enquiry has been received and that he should receive a response in 3-5 days.

If they'd have told him that they were looking into the issue and would get back to him a couple of days ago he would have saved a lot of time and a lot of emails.

I have sent 3 emails now to them and none of them have been answered. I dont particularly like talking on the phone but i think i am gonna have to shortly

Is it because my cup is always half empty or could this have been a marketing ploy by play.com?
How do we really know 75,000 £5 vouchers were given away?
suppose there were only a small fraction - think about it, everyone has heard of the website now........

There's always one that ruins it for the majority. I'm glad play cancelled them! Taking 1500 vouchers is excessive even if you are going to give them away. Just let people get them for themselves. You're just upsetting the system and ruining it for others.

I was one of the first to sign up (on Wednesday) and haven't got one. I didn't buy the paper though so can't complain.

And no I wouldn't do it, and yes I do know how.

I got my £5 voucher emailed to me on Tuesday. Make sure you check your junk mail box, as that is where mine was.
