How about a fun update... I've broken a tooth!!!
Only good thing is i think it was the tooth that i had root canal treatment on so there's no pain. (slightly sensitive)
I was planning to try to update my diary more often, but this in not what i had in mind.
Still sneezing my head off - weather's great up here right now. Some people think that's a good thing - go figure.
George that's not fun:o Now if you had said you had it sharpened to be like a Vampire- cos your girlfriend liked it;) Well that would be fun!:rotfl:
Returns smut favour
Hope it gets sorted soon and the hay fever.xBlackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?

Hiya Bob
No vampires, no girlfriend and no smut
Got a patch job done on my tooth, but forgot to call the dentist to arrange an appointment to get it fixed properly. Will hopefully remember - like i said, busy at work and things a bit manic. Not had much time to spend on here either.
At least i should be able to pay stuff off a little quicker thanks to the payrise. Not looked at any new DFD yet so need to do that.
I'll be glad when there's less sport on TV too. Blooming ridiculous. Cricket, football, tennis, F1 and Golf. That's what my dad watches all day. Okay, sometimes he turns it over to the news, but other than that, it's all sport. No wonder i'm turning into a lazy slob - I'm rebelling. Going to actually try getting fit again now that most of my neck and shoulder problems are as good as they're going to get.
Going to tidy my room a little and try finding some of that excercise equiptment. After falling off the gambling wagon (twice): £33,600 (24,000+ 9,600) - Original CC Debt: £7,885.91

New balance: £12,731
Still moving in the correct direction and hopefully will be able to put a bit more towards paying down the debt quite soon. Won't need to look at moving any balances until about Christmas and i'm hoping to clear the LTSB card before then so i can make use of the card if i get an offer.
Going on holibags soon. Down sarf for a wedding, and also going to a BBQ. Will be good to get away as work has been getting pretty hectic. I'm working too slowly. Juggling so many things at once - all of them getting done, but spending 20 min here and there on the larger projects is no use. And no peace and quiet for me to concentrate either. I need to shut myself off from everything else for a couple of hours and there's no chance of that happening where i work. Will see if i can do a bit more at home - at least the planning.
Almost dug out the excercise equiptment now - takes a while, doesn't it.
Can now see parts of the bedroom floor i haven't seen for years.
Not much else to report. Niddy's absconded to another site and seems to be quite happy there. A few of you probably saw his unenforcability threads on the board. Can't believe some of the abuse he had to put up with from trolls. Oh yes, still got my hayfever. Pills and potions seem to have kicked in now so hopefully i'll be able to hold out until October without too many problems.
Thats it from me.
Hope everyones okay. After falling off the gambling wagon (twice): £33,600 (24,000+ 9,600) - Original CC Debt: £7,885.91

One of the easiest excercise routines i did was just sitting in a chair. It's kindof like self-hypnosis, but not.
Sit in a hard backed chair and close your eyes.
Picture yourself lying down on the floor.
When you are totally relaxed, watch yourself do 100 situps and count them to yourself as you do them
Once finished, get up and walk around for a few minutes
Next, back in the chair and same again - different excercise
You are lying with your back against a wall (propped at about 45°)
Imagine you are slowly raising your knees up to your chest, then slowly lower again.
These excercises are actually pretty hard for me - my mind seems to wander:rotfl:
It seems that although you are not doing the excercises, when you visualise it, your body still contracts some of the muscles that would be used doing the excercise and you can feel some tightness once you are finished. I'll have to try doing that again on the train in the mornings instead of falling asleep. Just hope i don't kick anyone while i do it :j
Dude, i started reading your diary. You are kind, sensititive and funny. PS, Your brother is like my sister. I wish i could match you up with Andy. I would have two best friends. I will be back. :j
