Diva I love Dahlias and have to get a new one each year to add to my masses.
Serena great list of plants - I have some of those but not all - how big is Aster Frikartii? I wonder if that is the one I have, are the flowers small? The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -

Hi Laura :hello: You haven't failed - you did one thing on the list, and that deserves a celebratory galss of wine!
Friday is usually the kids' rooms, so if you haven't got any, or like me, they're big enough to do their own rooms, then you can have the day off!
I hate to break this to you but .......we have a weekend list too! But that is optional!
Arhhhhhhhhhhh no a weekend list, where is it? No kids only chickens and I don't mind doing them as it involves being outdoors so that okay :T0 -
Where I work at the moment, the Apaches are in and out like the cuckoo on a clock on the helipad a few hundred yards away. They are an awesome machine too. Some of the tales the guys I work with tell me about the capabilities of the Apache are almost unbelievable. I keep hinting to various personnel that it would be lovely to have a 'team building' trip in one but so far, the suggestion is falling on deaf ears!
Can i come play at your work? Pretty please:D My hubby is ex military and he's told me some amazing stories about them;)The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0 -
Morning all
Another very grey day with low cloud. Let's hope it lifts soon. Just downloaded all the photos from yesterday and am sorting through them. Have put the camera battery on charge - it took a pounding yesterday! I need to see if I can find another memory card - I want to take really big pix today to get even more zoom in and they take up more space.
I shall I shall have more fun today - I'm with a lot of people I know and will have tasks to do throughout we've organised an auction and hope to raise quite a bit of money for charity.I am the leading lady in the movie of my life

Morning All
My kids are going to the twin's house today so hopefully I should be able to get quite a bit done so I'll be wanting lots of people to join me in HHCs - Diva you can make your phone calls! I also really need to look at my work stuff - I'm back at work on Monday although the kids don't go back until Wednesday.
Pigpen - I shall nag you about your smoke alarm.
I need 1 or 2 bits from Lidl as well so may nip there straight from dropping the kids off - unless I get ready now and then we could go before.
So far this morning I've washed some dishes and put the ones I washed lastnight away. Just the baking trays left to wash now I think.
Have a good day all
Jue

I'll add you to the end of the very long list of people who want to come and visit me at work! Not only because of the Apache but because also because of the fantastic view from my office of extremely fit men in a variety of uniforms
Not interested in the men, i have a military man thank you:DThe trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0
