    Morning ladies (and any guys)

Had a busy day yesterday got all sorts of things sorted out, / binned/ recycled/ charity shop / ebay.

Did some ironing and burnt 2 of my fingers with the iron, a really stupid thing to do.

Managed to read 5 pages of abook, goodness knows when I will get round to the rest of it.

    Have a good day

    Morning all

Glad the holiday is on MOJT - You off somewhere nice???

Dusty - Love your kitchen and the aga/range (sorry not sure of the technical difference). I have a kitchen in a cupboard but it has more storage than the last kitchen we had that was 6 times the size.

Nicki - Well done on the glasses. I can never understand why people spend a fortune of them, I always ended up bending mine out of shape. I wear the monthly contacts now - it worked out cheaper than replacing the glasses every few months.

DD1 paid us a visit at 4am this morning but gave her calpol, some more olbas oil on her pjs and packed back off to bed with a book - full of sympathy me - lol!

I did no ironing last night so REALLY need to do that today.

DD1 now nagging to go to holiday club so will drop them off and then write a plan of campaign.

I've put away all the clothes that needed hanging up - just all the clothes that need putting in drawers to do now. Going to start with DS's and have a sort out of his clothes at the same time. I want to start ironing again at 10 though while I watch Quincy - if i can persuade the kids to move from in front of the telly - the twins are here today so I've got 4.

    Right I'd better crack on.

Does anyone else find that their washing line needs cleaning? Mine gets grubby and sticky, and I can't work out why. You'd think with all the rain we've had it would be nice and clean. Anyway, one of the things I have got round to doing today was to clean it before hanging the washing out.

Yes, I have to wash it down every time – shows the amount of c**p we breath in each time doesn’t it, just sits there waiting to go on my line…
Also, daft question but what do people used to clean their windows (products and/or gadgets

I buy Lidl’s own window cleaner make – really cheap and has lasted me yonks but really good at cleaning the windows – just use paper towel to wipe them after spraying.

Dusty – kitchen looks fab and can imagine it when it’s finished it will look great – keep going girl, it will be worth it in the end…

well although I didn't fly most of yesterday, made up for it last night and caught up quite a bit:

    Oh goodness

I just updated yesterdays list (fell asleep on DS bed with him) and todays, but I copied it to word first and forgot to edit it all to bw so when I pasted it back here it had waaaay to much HTML in it-Im sorry. I will have to do it later. The friend who needed a hug yesterday needs moral support dealing ith a trouble visitor so I am going around there just now. Im hoping to be back early and then I can try the lists again. Please send good vibes our way-she is very stressed right now which makes her rather tough to deal with-and then there is the trouble visitor to deal with too:eek:

And another brag- I think DS is getting ready for potty. He took nappy off this morning to poo, got potty, sat down NEXT to potty and did what he needed to do. I tried to get the potty under him but he wanted to hold on to it instead:rolleyes:

Will chat when I get back
