I think the end result is register elsewhere. I went down there,had a fight with a receptionist who "isnt allowed to just call the practice manager without a detailed account of the complaint". I had just been on the phone with PM and she had asked me to come in and ask for her. Ended up raising my voice almost when the reception manager came over-so many managers and no decent staff:mad: Long story short got my prescription (they had my records on 15/08 already so she just didnt bother to look.) and appointment to see the "head of practice" on Monday-30 minute consultation at 15:00(puts it down to remember).

A friend of mine sees said doctor and says she is fantastic so will wait until then to make a decision.

:beer:I'm so pleased for you hon. At least that is one less worry for you now, and as you have your happy pills you will sail through the everything now. I do hope you can get the head of practice as your new Dr. If you explain everything then I am sure they won't hesitate to swap you over.

Have:

Dried up and put away
Cleared and wiped surfaces
Swept floor
Wiped oven
Cleaned and shone sink
Checked fridge and threw away a few bits
Vacuumed livingroom and study

Still loads to do but now feel a lot better about it all

In to work again this morning (NOT GOING IN FOR REST OF WEEK), then level 2 in kitchen and Mr T online shop.

About to start cooking - Jamie's sausage pasta bakey thing for tea to keep gingerchildren quiet. Choccie muffins later!

My list updated:

Wednesday Washdown- Kitchen and Dining Room
Level One
[strike]Clear and wipe kitchen surfaces[/strike]
Level Two
[strike]Sweep and mop floors[/strike]
Clean oven and hob
[strike]Wipe dining table.. (clean table cloth if necessary)[/strike]
Level Three
[strike]Dust any extra furniture in dining area, checking for cobwebs on way round
Wipe and replace all those small appliances.. kettle, toaster etc [/strike]Wipe all the windows in these areas!! The inside, but our windows are double glazed so my magic squeegee wont stick:eek: How do I clean the outside?
[strike]Clean cupboard door fronts and fronts of appliances .. don't forget those kick boards..[/strike]
Wipe out a dirty cupboard... get rid of everything you no longer need and make it all pretty and tidy!
Extra Mission : help yourself

1. [strike]clean any spillages in the fridge Buy bicarb for fridge[/strike][strike]Wipe down any tiles and shine those taps.. a toothbrush is great for cleaning away the gunk! [/strike]
2. 39 fling boogie.. ( Yay! I can get the last drawer done)
3. Empty the bin.. wash it out.. and make it smell SWEET
4. [strike]Put bleach in sink to soak all cleaning aids (gloves brushes etc)/STRIKE]

• look for fridge magnets (in dire need of these) Cant find any of these around-not today anyway.
• Pick up loungePicked it up and DS and company turned it upside down again:rotfl: the toy boxes are even in bits.

Polkadot - fantastic news you have got it sorted, and that you are making a stand against the shoddy doctor.

Back from jabs. DD2 squeeled like a piggy but was very happy with the scooby doo plasters the nurse put on. Have to go back for a HIB jab in a few weeks so not sure how well that will go down:rolleyes: .

Went to childminders and happy with lady. DD2 seemed to like it too so another thing sorted. Took DD2 back to holiday club and DD1 came home with me (got a bit tearfull) so will be going back out in a bit to collect DD2 who was happily sat colouring in a place mat when we left. Glad she has settled so well.

No housework done today at all but lots of other fiddly things done and out of the way. I WILL do an hours ironing tonight. Best cook the noodles off for tonights stirfry (with curry for us - yum). Oh and need to put the WM on as girls need their swim stuff for tomorrow.

Will ring and make appointment for my eyebrow wax as well while I think of it.
