    Morning All.
Well I have signed up for Quidco.

My counseling went ok yesterday, I think. I am out all day today and looking forward to some me time, although of course I wouldn't want to swap my 2 little babies for anything.

Must finish my MS assignment today. Couldn't be bothered

I must remember to pop down t the summer house and pick up the stuff for today and I need to buy some lunch. Plan on buying a really tasty sandwich, some crisps and a nice dessert ;) Who says my life isn't exciting ;)

Weekend is over for me. I've been to work today, done some washing, phoned DS2 and that's about it.

Tootti - you are sounding so much brighter!
Froddington - I agree with the others regarding a trip to the Doctor. ((hugs))
johanne - don't worry about missing out on the gutter vomiting. You have a lovely wee child . . that's priceless! And I'm looking forward to seeing some pics of your Chrissy cards!

Right - off to get dinner sorted, chill out for the evening and then prepare for the new week.

    Bye!

I live on my own too. I think it probably makes me extremely selfish, as I don't have to consider other people, and it makes it easy to leave things until I feel like doing them as it doesn't inconvenience anyone else! However, listening to Serena and Dusty today, I'm quite pleased I have my whole house to myself, and I'm not going to swap with either of them :D

Living on your own will make it easier to get depressed though... so when you feel it coming on, either talk to a friend, or if no one is around, you know there's nearly always someone here... even if it is Valli talking to herself in the middle of the night :rotfl:
Another one living on her own (which is why I don't post very often as I have no family so can't offer anything to those who do). Most of the time I wouldn't want to change for exactly the reasons you give, greenbee.

However it does mean that when things get too much it is difficult to dig yourself out. And that's when you are just dealing with 'feeling down' not depression.

Froddington, definitely make sure you are getting all the support you can.
The fact you are thinking about the planning means you have turned your mind in that direction and can leave the ideas simmering. Don't push it but maybe have a pad and note down any ideas you have.
As this thread always says 'baby steps'.

    Morning All

Hope everyone's having a good weekend.

I didn't get much done yesterday just a bit of gardening really. Took the kids out on their bikes for an hour. DD has had her stabilisers taken off and just kept squealing all the time. She was calling her bike stupid and rubbish and was getting right het up. I needed a lie down by the time we got back!

I also did some washing for my mum as their WM died on Friday as well as some of my own.

    So today consists of:
    HHI x1 possibly 2
    Sort out the LR
Sort out my work stuff before I go back tomorrow.
Put the stuff back in my kitchen cupboard if DH finishes the cupboard off.
    Food shopping

    Hugs

    Morning all,

Did lots of washing yesterday but not much else. :o

Trying to do goal-setting today, if anyone has any useful tips or anything, all gratefully received. I'm finding it hard to work out what daily/weekly things you can do toward a 'greater' goal (ooh I sound daft). Flying is the exception though and how wonderful it is.

Been so impressed with everyone's work and the levels they've achieved. Hopefully I will get better every week.

    Right, must do's:
    Washing - work clothes
    Hoovering - lounge, hall, stairs
Phone reminders - for people to ring during the week
Get papers (Mail on Sunday for All Saints CD and maybe News of the World for the Birds Eye offer)
    Meal plan

    Would like to do's:
Xmas list (bought some bits already so need to document these)
    Windows upstairs

Hugs to all those needing them.:A
:) Declutter 300 things in December challenge, 9/300. Clear the living room. Re-organize storage

We have that to do today, took stabilisers off bike at Easter and she managed okay a bit wobbly but was getting there so in the move we ditched the stabilisers she is now refusing to go on her bike saying that she cant do it and it scared, so we are going to a flat path today with big sister to show her how to do it

    Morning all.

I've joined the quidco clan too. Though if I do get a voucher, then I'll pass it on to someone else - I have no need for play.com!

My feet are killing me this morning! New shoes and dancing at the ball after 3 days of air festival have just about killed them off. I'm going to soak them shortly I think. For those of you who are really bored - pictures from the ball are aleady online and can be found here

    http://prazzi.com/breitlingball/index.html

I think this is quite a novel and convenient way of doing things and I'm impressed. Normally, you need to pay a fortune for such pictures but these are free to download. And no - I'm not telling you which one I'm in - if any!

For those of you who missed the yahoo note - we managed to raise just under £1000.00 in 1.5 hours with 23 buckets yesterday which was really good!

Well, today is the last day of airfestival and my day off. The skies are grey, we've had a rumble or two of thunder and some heavy rain so far. I hope it clears up later. But, I'm going to stay tucked up at home today. I was going to do nothing at all but the house is a positive mess having been neglected for several days so I'll potter about clearing it up slowly I think. Fortunately, I'm not hungover at all. I was so tired that I decided too much wine would have just had me nodding off in my hors d'oeuvre! Right, better go and find some meat from the freezer so it can defrost for roast dinner tonight.
