Yep that's what worries me. If they say you make the £25 back on the first order you process then why do you have to pay it in the first place? They should just not pay you for the first order you process. Sounds a bit dodgy.July 2008 - Halifax One Card (0% APR til Feb 2009) Debt = £361.12

A sole trader can trade either under a business name (so long as nonone it already) or their own name. Would that satisfy that condition?0 -

Not when it states
Registrant's address:
The registrant is a non-trading individual who has opted to have their

Well it may be legal, but I would not be happy dealing with a site who's owner is trading, but registered as a non-trading individual who has opted to have their
address omitted from the WHOIS service.
Sounds like someone who doesn't want you to find him to me!
I never trade with people who have taken steps to make it difficult for me to find them.

Lovely template wonder where they got that from!?
I'd also be wary of a company that can't put their contact details up on the site - contact is through a form yet the legal requirement is full contact details, vat code etc. should be published on the site.
I'd be inclined to put a hmrc email address in the contact us form - bet they pull the site.
Sounds like to me posting it on here is a good way to get the search engine rank up i would delete this thread.0 -

Maybe if I read all the posts again when I make a post in future I won't make myself look like such an idiot for missing the obvious. (that is just a maybe though)0
