The reason the Op wont name and shame the club will be due to an ongoing investagation, otherwise if he put a name out in a public domain, he himself could be done for slander.

Well, all that I can say is £4k should have got me a blow job at least, I am sorry to come across rude but if you cant remember then that is too bad, I really hope you get this money back as if it was me the club would not be in use anymore cos |I would have burned it down!
