Mine are in 9 years never had a problem .MY patio doors are from Manor windows ,they used to swell up in the heat ,not a great job.I found Woburn Windows via the independent advisory service advertised in yellow pages .
I dont no if the independent advisory service are still in the yellow pages maybe worth a look0 -
You could try buying the windows yourself and getting a local builder to fit them.
It's not rocking horse science to do it yourself!

Not specifically windows, but we got the outside of the house cladded by Easi-Clad (Carrick/Larne) in June. Wouldn't recommend them - customer service leaves a lot to be desired. They were a day late in the first place coming to do the work - I had to contact them to find out why they hadn't turned up. Now the back of the house has "buckled" - again getting them to contact us is a nightmare - we have to keep ringing them back, they never bother returning calls.0

I used SFG Windows and Conservatories, Whitewell Road for UPVC windows and doors last year, and was extremely impressed with everything, the installers were very freindly and efficent and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone0
