I think all doctors surgeries do it now as obesity is the big thing now that the NHS is trying to help out on.If I do this at the Drs and I lose some weight they said I can have some pills but not sure I want them.

Yeay - we're back in! Got loads of housework done today and fixed dd's bike (actually OH did but I supervised!) so she is pleased. I think DS is big enough for his bike now so will need to fiugre out how to put that together! Only had budgetted spends today of fuel, settle and nappies. My bank account is already showing the mortgage and my payment to Nan as gone out so will have to see where that leaves us.

Have a scary job to do over the next couple of days and get updates on our balances for the snowball which I have neglected. Total will go up a bit because Its not accurate at the mo but as much as I have been avoiding it - I need to know where we are - eek!!!

Not much planned for tomorrow. Dad is taking DD out in the morning so I will probably take DS to the park and then dig out DD's uniform so I can figure out what I still need to buy.

I have heard so many bad things about pills..please don't . You have great will power..i know you can do this:D

Taxi - I tried Xenical (also called Reductil) once from the doctors and they just weren't worth it. They don't offer a 'quick fix', I lost virtually no weight and you have to be VERY careful what you eat - look up the side effects for a quick 'eek' moment!

Morning all! Kids were up at 6.30 this morning so feeling a bit sleepy! Have got to get some food shopping today, cant put it off any longer but I have 60.00 in cash for that so that is plenty to get us by. Have also got the 160.00 nursery fees in the house so we just need 80.00 car settle and 109.00 council tax now.

Apart from that it will just be general housework and taking the kids out to the park if the weather holds.

Back to work tomorrow - booooo. Hope everyone is enjoying their Sundays x x x

Hi Penguin..you are getting there so brilliant..all your bills are getting paid.
Sorry that I must have wrote my post wrong previously..I meant that I don't want the tablets even though they will be offered..lol...will lose weight by diet and exercise.(sorry about the hijack)

No problem Taxi - I am of the same thinking, fair enough if I had tried everything and it still wasnt shifting but I know my weight is because of what I eat! I am aiming to lose 2 stone by Christmas - I need something to work towards and this averages at about 1.5 lbs a week which is do-able. This is phase 2 of kicking myself into action - my weight/health!

I still have weighed myself - must do that tonight. x x x

Nice to see it in your sig....as my doctor says it's not rocket science..less calories in and more out and no expensive gym needed ...It's great this changing our lives plan...good luck.
