Awww thanks everyone
Skint - yes the savings from not smoking are now at 120.00, we are going to wait until we have enough saved up to offer a full and final on one of OH's debts that are with debt collectors (owe roughly 1850.00 and 2500.00 on them) or to pay one of my cards off in full (800.00 or 1200.00) - plenty of choice anyway :rotfl:.
Our original plan was to have everything paid off apart from our 2 big debts by the end of the year. To do that we need to pay off 8188.10, our usual payments will add up to 2700.00 so that is a massive 5488.10 left to find which to be honest we are unlikely to manage but almost all of them are with debt collectors so if we can negotiate reduced settlements on some of them it may be close.
Not much exciting done today apart from housework as DD and DS went to Mum and Dads for a couple of hours for their next door neighbours little girls party (Ive confused myself typing that).
Still not had latest assignment back but have a few to do's for tonight which includes signing and returning the registration agreements for the next 2 OU courses. Also need to post 2 cards and update budget.
Should have some sort of update on DS's statement soon, they have got ours and nurserys report, the SALTs report and the Ed Psych report. We have had a letter off the Paed this morning to say that they have cancelled his appt for Monday and rearranged it for 3 weeks time which means that they are going to have to go ahead without the paeds report. Dont know what sort of impact that will have but fingers crossed there is enough in the reports they already have.
Horse is doing really well although she has been in a fair amount as she cant cope with the heat at her age which means that she has been costing a bit more in feed and bedding but we will forgive her!
Hope everyone is well, going to spend a bit of time this evening putting my 101 list into some sort of order - may post it later if I am feeling brave. x x xPay Debt by Xmas 16 - 0/12000

That's a great idea - will really make it seem worthwhile if it goes to pay something big off like that. When I gave up I was still spendy spice so it just blended into the usual spends.
Would love to see your 101 list, keep meaning to have a go myself but need some ideas!:DMortgage OP 2025 £6750/7000Mortgage OP 2024 £7700/7000

Hi Taxi, nice to see you, hope things are settling down for you, will pop over to your diary in a bit for a catch up.
Exciting news today - we have received DS proposed statement and they have suggested the school that we want as being suitable for him so big yeays :j:j:j the relief was huge, I didnt realise how much I had been worrying until I saw the letter, I must admit I had a little cry over it
That has been pretty much the focus of the last few days. Our month starts again on Tuesday and I have about 200.00 left of this months money - I have to pay water (60) stable rent (69) and horse feed (45) which should leave about 20.00 to overpay capital one with next monday.
In work for the rest of the week and DS in nursery, DD in school and OH at work, horse is well and house is a mess so everything as it should be :rotfl:
Ohh just remembered due an OU assignment back in the next couple of days - will let you know when I get it x x x
EDIT - and we are still not smoking, day 16 and 160.00 saved between us x xPay Debt by Xmas 16 - 0/12000

Well done on the no smoking...amazing amount of money saved.Blackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?
Still lurking around with a hope of some salvation:cool:0
