    Thank you everyone!

Mum - my diet was soooo bad before - I think that is why the weight loss for this week was so high! Ive had no takeaways, no ready meals, no crisps or cakes and no white bread and these were a major part of my diet! think in my case there a major part of my diet!!!

To be honest its been quite tiring cooking full meals each night but at least it was worth it - really determined this time. This is the 3rd time I have been to Slimming World but I feel different about it this time if that makes sense - cheesy I know !

Sorry to say it again, but honestly that weight lose is brilliant, Im such a fussy eater that I give in. Weird though when I was expecting dd, I only put on 10lbs and she was 7lb 15oz of that........... but unfortunately since having her by my gp scales I have put on 4 stone, not good.
But going to try from Dec 1st, hopefully off to Cuba nxt yr, and need to lose a lot of weight.........

I am 5 stone heavier than when I was 9 months pregnant with my 1st - and I was a bit overweight then anyway, so know exactly where you are coming from!

How long is it until you go to Cuba? x

The trouble is with weight its so easy to put on, but a sod to shift, hopeing to go June, thou in reality I shouldnt even think of it (too many debts), but need something 4 me. Choose my hotel, just need the money..........either the lottery numbers or a nice rich man.........guess I can dream!!

Going back to the weight if my GP had his way I would need to lose 11stone, if I could lose 6 stone that would be brilliant, but being disabled and stuck on crutches, dont help the matter. Guess get off rear and go swimming again. (she says it.......but getting bum into action not as easy!!)

Ive choose an Iberostar hotel in Verado, but with single rm supplement, and add on upgrade to 1st class on flight, (could not do long haul in economy, likely to get bum stuck in seat), looking at £1,200.

Meant to of gone to the Cayo Islands in 2002, but as I was pregnant my gp wouldnt let me fly longhaul, I ended up in Turkey, 2 weeks all inclusive, and Im sure I was the inly british person that wasnt drinking!
