Morning all. Thank you Taxi and Mum, still havent done my budget so hopefully the overpayment was the ok to make but I'll see soon!

I'm taking the kids to the park to play this morning if the weather holds out and then this afternoon carrying on with the house and no doubt building more train tracks with DS!

Hope everyone is enjoying their Sundays and I'll see you all later. x x

Thanks Taxi - have had a pretty good thanks. Took the kids to the park and ended up soaking from playing in the long wet grass but it was good fun - they have trampled grass everywhere though so overtime for the hoover tomorrow!

Still havent done budget or got stuff ready for tomorrow so will crack on with that later. DS asleep already (miracle!) and DD looking sleepy so will take her up in a min.

Will be back later with budget x x

    OK here goes budget!

    My bank - 1236.41
    OH bank - 192.05
    Cash - 180.00

Total - 1608.46 - around 900.00 due in at the end of the month

Nursery fees and settle accounts for the money in the house and we will ignore OH account for now as nothing is paid out of that so technically that should all be available for debt payments.

My account needs to have 1050.00 in it on the 1st to cover mortgage and a few other things that go out on the 1st so :

    1236.41 + 900.00 (due on the 25ish) = 2136.41

so about 1000.00 available to pay
    council tax
    water
    gas
    phone
    debts

which is good news that everything is covered. I am ignoring the free nursery weeks for now until the manager has confirmed it - dont count your chickens and all that!

OH earnings for the month will have to cover fuel, settle, car payment, horse feed and groceries. Its doable wohoo!

Have just paid off my Capital One card (for the second time!) before interest is applied and have paid 50.00 off the Dorothy Perkins card. Off to update sig x x

Edit - have also lost another 1lb this week so thats 3 off so far better than nothing. x x

Well done, youve been really busy, and very well organised with the money totals.
    Well done on the weightloss.

I did a car boot, though getting there for 630am, I did not look a pretty site, made £33.00 so that helps the funds... wasnt bad, as the dearest thing I sold was £4.00, rest was odds and sods, but cleared a few things out.
Start my batch baking for the freezer tomorrow, sausage and tomato casserole.

Yes that tastes spot on, its actually cheats version, Im doing, got frozen onions, frozen peppers, sausages (brown 1st) and tin toms broken down, 10 mins to prepare, 1hr to cook, then freezer. DD loves the sausages, so does the dog! x

Ps - what I do with mine is put them in single portion in sandwich bags, that way if only one wants it, not wasteing any.

Mmm sounds lovely and I'm hungry now! Really will have to have a go at freezing stuff - there is no rational explanation why I dont like the thought of it!

Will make some stew when I am off this week and see how that goes (although no doubt the greedy lot here will eat it before its even cooled!) x x
