Evening all - guess what I have finally got round to changing gas and electricity supplier yeay! So no more rotten turnips needed thanks BOB!

Had more good news today in that we have been overpaying nursery £12.00 a week for the last 26 weeks so we should be due a couple of free weeks for nursery which will help loads.

Need to work out next weeks budget tonight, spent 70.00 on shopping, 35.00 on horse feed today so not too bad.

Hope everyone has had a great day - will be back with my revised budget later. x x

Thats brilliant, bet the nursery overpayment a very pleasant surprise. R u sure you havent been on the online bingo sites and caught the magic dust or winning dust which ever one it is!
You have a gd weekend and make time 4 urself, youve worked really hard this week.

BOB - Keep them mouldy turnips handy - I will need them for the grocery challenge next month!

MUM - you have just reminded me I have some money left in the vernons site (quidco offer) so will have to have a go today and see if my luck is in!

Have a massive list of stuff to do today so I can have a quiet day tomorrow.

- tidy and clean all downstairs rooms
- washing
- drying/ironing
- work out budget
- surveys that are building up in inbox
- buy some meat and veg for tea from village (bit more expensive than supermarket but support your local trader and all that!)
- if Ive got time I need to tackle kids rooms too

Should be having 2 days off work this week so hope that works out.

Evening everyone!

So have tidied living room (although kids are now in the process of destructing it again!) Dad was going to the shops before and asked if I wanted anything so I now have stuff in to make pasta bake tonight and a roast tomorrow - and it was free as Dad wouldnt take any money for it - big yeay for Dad!

Have half done the hall and will finish off the kitchen after tea - leaving the dining room and study (which is the worst one) till tomorrow. Did plan on having it done today but ended up building train tracks with DS which was much more fun!

Have to really do the budget tonight as I have just paid £50.00 to MBNA and I am not sure whether I should have done or not!

So will definately be back before midnight with it done - BOB slap me if I'm not!

Well done on the overpayment and you've still done loads ..housework is hard with kiddies...so you've done well getting that much done.Great that your dad bought your shopping so that's more for your budget.
