Hi I'm new to Asda Online so please excuse my ignorance :)

I have just received my first order and appear to have been overcharged. I have been charged full price for items which were on a multibuy offer even though I did not change my order delivery date.

I'm not happy as I would not have purchased these items at their full price :(

    What should I do?

Another website posts them separately, but no idea if any are still valid. Just input "Asda direct code" in Google.

Good luck. I've just had to pay for delivery of groceries for the first time in months. Like someone else who posted on the Asda code thread, I've used all the valid codes posted here. Distinct lack of new codes around. Wouldn't be surprised if it's the same for Asda direct.
  • Update: there's another new free delivery code on the 'no chat thread', ending 30/9/09 for orders above £50.

Top tip. The way round the current lack of ASDA codes is to register yourself as a new customer with ASDA, using a different email adress. You then use codes previously used , plus those only valid for new registrations.

    Your naughtily,

    Mr K. ;)
  • I have only used ASDA once before but it seemed much better than Tesco or Sainsbury's! I have tried the codes that are still valid on the codes thread, one of them it's saying code invalid (M3 CR M6 Y7) the other it will let me 'bank' but not use (M4-LH-33-BJ) - any idea why? Is this the only 2 that are around at the moment?

It should begin M4, not M3. Correct code was posted here.

The poster said it's only valid on "new accounts registered after 31st August 2009 and checked out before 20th September 2009." Presumably you don't meed this criteria. As Mr K said above, you can re-register on their site under a different email address and be treated as a new customer. The downside is, you'll have to input all the items again unless you have a receipt. The additional upside is, any time a new code is released, you can use it twice. ;)
Is this the only 2 that are around at the moment?
Go through the full codes thread and look for any that have an expiration date after your desired delivery date. There's one more with a 30/09 expiry date but whether it's still valid, you'll have to try and see as they sometimes expire the code earlier than it's original expiry date.
  • Doing a shop for next week, is any codes valid at the moment? The only code I can see that is valid in October won't work for me at all. Thank you so much xxx
