If you don't buy when you don't have a code perhaps Asda will get the message. They must monitor stuff like that surely? I have no code so I'm off to Morrisons this weekend

I think it depends on how well the store is doing, if they regularly fill all their delivery slots then they won't send out codes, but if another store has trouble filling slots they will either email out codes, or do a leaflet drop (with code) to get new customers

Has anyone completed the survey on their new website which claims to offer free delivery on your next order? I did last week and there's no vouchers or discounts in my account, and test booking an order now still shows up the normal delivery charge.

Seems like there's a shortage of new codes for free delivery this week too. Don't tell me I'm gonna have to pay....:eek:

Hi,

I did the survey and the last page issued a discount code. Try accessing the survey again, to see if this triggers the page that presents the voucher code.

Nevertheless, I think this code is already available among those listing already on the "CODES" thread... so you may have it already.

Ever since Asda switched to their new website in our area a couple of months ago, I've noticed there is less choice of products. Lots of unavailable items on what I used to regularly buy. The shortage in varieties of coloured medium cheddar cheese is particularly bad and has been for weeks! They're having less and less frozen ready meals too.

Anyone else finding this with the new website?

P.S. I'm looking for a free delivery code for Friday (3 Jul) but all the codes out there expire by Tuesday or Thursday. If anyone gets one, please post. Thank you.

Hi, I ve found that too. i even emailed them as 5 products I always buy have disappeared, & told them I have to go to Sainsburys for them. They sent me a bog standard reply saying they have to make way for new products & they DO hope I will continue shopping with them. Hmphh!!!!:mad:
None of their free delivery codes seem to work now either I am sure they are blocking me! DO THEY WANT OUR CUSTOM OR NOT???!!!!!

I don't think they do want our custom any longer. Voucher codes seem to have dried up. I haven't paid for delivery for 3 years from ASDA and don't intend to start (!)

I've given Waitrose a try this week, Very impressed. Free delivery for all orders over £50, no messing about with voucher codes. Yes, they're a bit more expensive but the quality of goods is so much better. No crates being dumped on your doorstep either, jush posh bags colour coded for fridge, freezer etc - so this is how the rich live ! Good deal at the moment for new customers - code WD05 goves £5 off your first shop, £10 off your second & £15 off your third. So looks like I'll be using Waitrose for at least 3 weeks, possibly more iof the ASDA codes don't reappear. (not on comisson honest ! )

I noticed an improvement with Asda online this week. Some of the items that had been unavailable for weeks are suddenly available again.

@ Mr K - Waitrose/Ocado have very limited delivery areas. Nothing at all in Scotland.
