Had my Asda order delivered today. I returned some items as they were £1.00 each when I ordered them yesterday but charged at £1.65 each today! My order online says closed. How/when do they refund?

I have just had my asda delivery for the first time, they have overcharged me for an item. Rang CS they are going to refund me, but they said they have never heard of giving me £2 gift card. Do they do it online ????

Lack of Asda codes lately, none seem to work. I have only had to pay for delivery once (and that was a bad experience) so begrudge paying when normally codes are freely available. My delivery is coming tomorrow, so no chance now, but bet one will appear in the next day or so...just my luck!!
Where do these codes come from in the first place out of curiosity? I have never been sent any for Tesco or Asda.
There are some Tesco codes about right now, but I cannot use them as they don't accept my electron card for payment ...booo!

Last time I shopped (+/- 2 weeks ago) none of the delivery codes worked. Even ones that had not expired that were posted on the Asda voucher thread wouldn't work.

I'm trying to find another now, and all of the ones that are currently posted I had tried last time (they came up in auto memory as I entered them), so there have been no new ones posted.

Has their generosity come to a standstill?

hi i noticed too. i had to pay for my delivery on sunday , first time since begining of novembe,

ive just booked shopping for next sunday and i hope a code comes up.

I've been shopping online with Asda for almost 2 years and never once received a code either. When I signed up originally, in the "my account" area, I had it so they couldn't contact me by email. The penny finally dropped that all boxes need to be ticked in order for you to receive offers by email, so I updated. However, months later it had still made no difference. Twice recently I contacted Asda via their website to point out that I'd never been sent any codes by email or post - and they didn't respond.

Thanks goodness for this forum. I haven't paid for delivery for a couple of months now, but it's looking like I'm going to have to for this Friday's delivery unless a code pops up pronto. Boo. We should all revert to Tesco in protest. :rolleyes:
