ASDA codes CHAT ONLY thread

Ive phoned halifax. they have given me a authorization code that would let the money back into my account by the end of business today.

Just off the phone now with asda and told them to pass the code on to the accounts department. Woman on the phone didnt seem very interested in what i had to say, so now its just a case of wait and see what happens regarding the money going back into the account.

I hope your get yours sorted out kduffy. I feel like im talking to a brick wall every time i call asda!

hi ive just joined this site and im not sure what im doing.anyway the same thing has happened to me im still waiting for my money back i told them that i have direct debits coming out of my account.they said if this does happen they will pay for any bank charges you do get. asda gave me this fax number 01132417732 hope this helps.ive just phoned them again this morning and they said its in the process of going back in the bank it could take 2 to 10 days.if i dont get it by tomorrow i cant even go shopping for my children

Hi. when I phoned my bank they gave me a authorization code to pass onto asda accounts department. I passed the code on and on checking my bank account this morning the money has been returned to me. So get onto your bank and get that code x

well,well,well.....no call from asda been waiting 2 days,
just checked my bank+asda have put my £75.00 back in.
im still waiting for my £20.00 shopping voucher+free delivery codes to be put in my asda account,thats what i was told i would get for the hassle last week with the dettol voucher,(some people only offered £5.00+free delivery).

What are you complaining about - you got £75 off your shopping!!!
The £20 voucher and free delivery were clearly offered when they weren't going to honour the £75 off. But since they have, you obviously don't get the others.
Next you'll be expecting a completely free order with free delivery with a voucher code to match. The greed of some people....

i never got my shopping+they took £75 from my account.then put it back 2 days later.
they said i would get a £20 voucher+free delivery,which i still have not received.
it might help if you read all posts+not the last few.:mad:
