Does anyone have a recipe for a simple sausage casserole I can make in the SC?

You may find that your carrots don't get fully cooked.
For all root vegetable (taters, carrots, parsnip, turnip etc) you are recommended to parboil them first .i.e. boil them for about ten minutes.

i have taken heather 38's recipe and put in cajun spice as i had no chilli in. it turned out pretty good to so thankyou

This is yummy:
Sausages
1 x onion
350g new spuds cut into bite sized peices
tin chopped toms
rinse out tin by half filling with water, slosh it round and add it to SC
tablespoon worcestershire sauce
Brown sausages and gently fry then add to SC. Chuck the rest in and leave to cook. 30 minutes before you're ready to eat it chuck in:
couple of handfuls frozen peas
