    People used to park where I worked years ago (despite a public car park across the road), so we would park across to block them in. You should have seen the outraged innocence when we denied knowledge of who had blocked them in, or said the doctor was too busy in clinic to release them.

    If you are brave, make them come to you by blocking them in, and point out the error of their ways.
