im so scared of flying ;(

can anyone offer me some advice if ever been in this situation before?

I am meant to be flying home by myself from germany to uk with my 2 children 2 & 4 have done this many times.

but i keep having strange dreams about planes crashing in front of me, and then one last night about them flying into each other.

when i think about it a get all tight chested and tingly hands. I keep thinking what if its a warning sign as this flight has a very bad feeling to me.
my aunty is a homeopath and has told me a remedy that should sort it but just isnt helping

any ideas

I've dreamt about plane crashes in the past because I have an active mind I do. Have you flown before? This thread offer great advice.

have flown many times with my husband and by myself with just the kids many times so this one flight is making me extremely anxious. I flew back in August to turkey and back and had no problems.

so this is very strange.
i keep thinking about final destination!!
