Thanks for your support.
It was a new system as I suspected so maybe they are being lenient to those who take the trouble to appeal.0 -
Just had a phone call from my Mum, she was in Netto and wanted to know how many packs of marzipan I wanted as they were selling it for only 49p per 250g! Great for the Christmas cake or for making sweets.0

I use Lidl for most of my shopping, but I haven't yet tried anything from the fish range.. I'm wondering if anyone could tell me whether the smoked salmon and the kippers are nice?
Thank you!0 -
Thought I'd also add my 'what to buy from Lidl'
-Parmesan (really tasty)
-Pesto
-Basmati rice
-Tinned tomatoes (the whole tomatoes have a much better taste than the chopped tomatoes)
-Various spices
-Muesli
-Jelly beans
-Salt and Vinegar chip sticks
-Grape juice
-Fruit and veg.
-Washing up liquid
-Rice cripsy and hazelnut white chocolate

I think that Lidl's are really good value for money. I shop there whenever I can. We havn't got one that close to us. I also find all the food that I buy from them to be very tasty indeed. No complaints at all.0
