This link takes you to LIDL's current homepage. Not sure you want to put that on your wall?

If you enter your post-code on the site, then try the link again, you should then be taken to the item, however that will depend if it's available at your local store, as certain specials vary from area to area. So if you have entered your post code and the link still takes you to the main page, then the item is not available at your local store. It's PAC not PAC Code, it's MAC not MAC Code, it's PIN not PIN Number, it's ATM not ATM Machine, it's LCD not LCD Display, it's DVD not DVD disc... It's no one not noone, It's a lot not alot, It's got not gotten... Panini is the plural of panino - there is no S!!(OK my English isn't great, the sciences, maths & IT are my strong points!)0 -
Cheers, Bex. It works. I see a large lobster and many other offers.0

They only had the Sea Bass, bream and trout left in the store nearest to me when I popped in Monday. The food specials they have often sell out quickly here. It's PAC not PAC Code, it's MAC not MAC Code, it's PIN not PIN Number, it's ATM not ATM Machine, it's LCD not LCD Display, it's DVD not DVD disc... I bought a bagful of food in Lidl yesterday for €10 (£7).
packet of choc cookies (very tasty, had them before)
6 pack of desserts
large pot yoghurt
1kg rice
1kg chickpeas
large celery
ketchup
3 pots spices/herbs
pepper in grinder
2 cappucino desserts
They are the cheapest place I've found for couscous - at 50c for 500g, it is half the price I've seen it anywhere else.0 -
LIDL - The new offers - available Monday 12th include the following and I wonder whether anyone has bought them in previous years and can recommend any/all of them?:
Barbary Duck Breast Fillet
Vension Steaks
Whole Duck
Pheasant
Had the duck - yummy
and the goose - yummy yummy
wouldnt bother with the crabs though - cooked whole crabs and little ones were watery tasteless and almost inedible last year!
I always buy wild venison from farmers market or one of our local suppliers (I am lucky enough to live on the edge of the new forest) as I find the "supermarket" venison very "livery" tasting (older end of season animals , usually farmed). Pheasant I usually buy (or sometimes get given) from the local shoots - the only problem is you need to pluck them yourself!!!!!Started my own business and loving being my own boss

Aldi's organic veg is bargainous. Bag of carrots was 29p on Tues.
My whole shop, including lovely cooked meats, organic veg and treats (cake, biscuits, chocolate) was £17.
I'm never going back to Tesco's again.0 -
Lidl
Buy
Lynton Manor Giant Cornish Pasty - as good as Ginsters £0.59
Microwave Popcorn - £0.99 for 3 bags
Don't touch with a bargepole
33cl Finkbrau 4% Pils Lager - despite the Germanic sounding name it's flavoured fizzy water brewed at the St Omer Chemical Plant in France0 -

I have just received a demand for £90 (£45 for early payment) for exceeding 1 hour 30 minutes in Farnham Lidl car park. The demand shows photographs of my car so I did not get a ticket at the time.
I only go to Lidl occasionally but spend quite a while when I do go and assumed it had free parking like other supermarkets. I'm sure I've parked there a similar length of time in the past so wonder if this is something new?
This has undone all the moneysaving from shopping there.
I wonder if its worth an appeal?
Just to say I phoned Lidl, sent in an appeal to the parking company and a copy to Lidl and I got my fine cancelled. I will now be shopping there again!0
